I was rear-ended and my great mechanic across the street from Core recommended them.Core worked efficiently with ICBC after the claim was submitted. Parts were sourced immediately and I was kept up to date on what was happening step by step.Any questions or concerns I had were followed up with right away. I was recommended to Core Autobody by a family member who have gone there for years and was always satisfied with their work. I decided to test it myself and I was blown away by the service and care they put into my car after it had gone through an incident. They were upfront about the cost and the work that is required and also did a more thorough inspection for the quote than other shops.They also provided a courtesy car free of charge and did car drop off/pick up my car. Getting your car repair couldn't have been easier. In addition, I had noticed an additional item that had to be repaired and they were open arms with bringing the car back in and fix that as well at no extra charge.Definitely recommend Core Autobody if you want peace of mind and reasonable rates.
