Palliser Parkade - Lot #6

Park my car here everyday! Ample covered parking, large laneway for getting in and out and the parking stalls are wide. However Apple Pay does not work for getting in and out.

PURE SCAM. Parked less than 24 hours and we were charged $58.80. Avoid this lot at all costs.

If I could give this experience zero stars I would. I was staying at the Fairmont Palliser and parking was a nightmare. So costly and only for hassle. You’re better off getting valet parking. You’d pay less and have less trouble.

Been sitting here for 20 minutes on the 4th floor and nothing is moving. Always problems with the gate. And no attendant’s to fix them.

BEWARE FOR LATE NIGHT PARKING. Used this parking for a late night dinner in Sky360 Calgary Tower. At 10pm coming from Sky360, we found out the hard way that all access to the parking lot is closed. There was no warning in the lobby when we got in nor from the restaurant about inaccessibility to this parking lot at this time of the night. There were no sort of any information on where to access the parking lot. Tried calling the Impark phone number to no avail. With 2 small kid in tow we deccided to take chance of finding an access outdoor from the streets at a deep freeze weather. All doors are locked! Fortunately we were able to follow two lads similarly looking for an access eventually trying an intercom in one of the doors. A security I believe have buzzed us all in. CONSIDERING THIS PARKING LOT IS ADVERTISED AS A 24HR PARKING LOT, IT WOULD BE A GREAT THING TO HAVE VISIBLE INFORMATION ABOUT ACCESS DURING LATE NIGHTS! Just a suggestion.

Was simple to navigate around perfect spot to park when going to Calgary tower

Poor customer service. We used the parking on Tuesday for 1h 40m ( between 4:29pm and 6:09pm) and we paid $23, although that the hourly rate was $8. We called for assistance but the assistant could not explain or give us an adequate explanation why we had to pay so much. Also, when we completed the payment the machine did not issue a receipt which we asked for when we spoke with the assistant but instead they offered to take my contact details and ask their supervisor to call us on the next day. We went for lunch at the Calgary Tower and parked in the Palliser/Calgary Tower parking lot. Getting back to our car was a nightmare. First the pay station in the hallway outside the Tower didn’t work. We finally phoned for help and were told to pay on the way out. Then we made our way to the 3rd floor where we were certain our car was but it wasn’t. The colour code for parking levels beside the elevator was not helpful at all. One of our group has mobility problems and there was no where for him to sit down while we went up and down on the elevator trying to find the car. The Calgary Tower is a big tourist draw - why is there no designated parking for it with clear instructions for getting to and from the restaurant?

Lovely parkade. It has entries at both 9th and 10th Avenue. It has 8 levels.
