Horrible service, pet grooming station was not cleaned properly! they no longer provide adequate soap maybe a teaspoon of soap per bottle, paid to use their water and and got the fleas for free. Very disappointed wont be coming back here for anything.

I'm a recurring customer and usually have a great experience here, but I will not shop at this specific ever again...your employee Delaney was very rude when I asked for help, and acted like she didn't hear me. TWICE. Management won't care but that's unacceptable behavior to represent a business. Also, Katie I believe her name was, she does a fantastic job as usual.

The staff at this store are excellent; always cheerful and helpful. Finn’s (our dog) favourite staff member for this month is Kim, it’ll probably change again soon though as he’s a lab and can’t hold attention on anything for too long and everyone who works there is super helpful and knowledgeable. The selection of gear in the store is well curated and the prices are good. The only thing they don’t have yet is Ruffwear gear. 4 paws up for this store.

Wonderful independent pet supply store. Prices average to high but the fabulous customer service is worth it. Went in for our Vizlsa's birthday gift and the lady at the counter, Katie, was quick to make excellent recommendations and figure out what was best for our dog. Came home with a full size toy with 2 squeakers and a pup-cake for the birthday celebrations. Will be back.

Lots of unique products and knowledgeable staff that you can see care about animals, not only the sales and profits. The store is well laid out easy to access with parking up front, and they have a sensible return policy. I purchased a cat harness but had to return it because it was too small for my cat. No problem getting a refund (they didn't have the colour I wanted in a larger size). Pleasant place to shop for your canine ar feline friend(s).

I love this store so much! It’s my local pet store & I am obsessed! While they don’t have as much stock as a larger company, what I love about them is that they are so friendly, knowledgeable, & they get to know their customers. I recently adopted a dog.While I was in the foster period, the cashiers were so excited for me & this new chapter of my life. Also two years ago I adopted a cat. I never owned a cat of my very own & they helped me figure out what supplies I needed for her.Great store! Great people! Shop local!

I have spent over a thousand dollars at this store so when I went in 6 months ago with a broken leash, I was going to purchase a new one. With leash in hand I went up to the till and was hoping to get the 10% seniors discount as it was a week away. I was told that they could not do that by the manager. I said are you sure as it only worked out to be $2. They were firm so I went over to Bosley's pet store across the street who promptly gave me the discount. I prefer to deal with the little stores rather than the conglomerates but they left me with no choice. I also just received an e-mail that my free doggy wash I had earned from taking my dog there 5 times, was going to expire. I do not understand why they expire. They gave me 4 days to use it. Needless to say I will no longer shop there.February 8/20I am revising my review as after posting the above, I got a prompt response from the owner of the store. She was very reasonable and apologetic. So in all fairness I am writing today to change my review to a favourable one. Mary, the store owner was more than generous and will be discussing with her staff the above concerns. I will continue to shop there as I do enjoy the lay out of the store and for the most part, the staff. Thanks again Mary for addressing this issue.

This animal supply store is near my home. It only takes three minutes to drive. The goods are complete, clean and tidy, and the staff is enthusiastic and generous, and patiently and carefully explain. All animal species are available, which is very convenient.

Very friendly with great events and sales, will have to come back to shop here more soon. Dog prefers locally made, one ingredient and royal canin food so hope to find more of those..
