Coffee is always cold and burned. They have nothing here and hashbrowns are greasey moosh. Worse dunkin on east coast.

Coffee is good most days. Service is slow. I ordered an on the go order and when I got there 20 minutes later my coffee was still no ready.

Nice place to grab a cup of Joe on the run. No trucks here. Bontail in yes. Could park across the street at the bank. Friendly fast service. Great coffee! America runs on Dunkin!

Just ordered 2 coolatas from the cross-eyed cashier with purple splotches in her hair. They were both wrong. Like, completely wrong. The guy in front of us left with the exact same drink. The unsatisfied look on his face makes me suspect that his was also wrong.

This DD is consistent. They have faithfully gotten my order wrong...everytime I visit. It's to expensive to keep trying with them. I'm switching coffee houses.

Ok, to be fair, this is one of only two coffee spots in this very small town. Obviously, the wait time will be longer than usual at any given time of day. However, when you offer the to-go walk-in option on the app, you need to make certain those people have their orders ready to go at the time they walk in. Waiting 15 mins is excessive and unacceptable for to-go orders. Unfortunately, as I said, this is the only Dunkin in town so all of us who enjoy a Dunkin tolerate the wait! Still doesn't make it acceptable!

Not impressive. Been here a few times and out of gas every time. Huh? Didn't have much of a donut selection left at 12pm. Huh? Coffee was fine.

Ordered a hot chocolate with whip cream. I was headed out of town towards my home 2 hours away. Got about 10-15 minuets out of town and took a drink. Was the mist discusting thing I had ever had. I pulled over to look and it was a hot coffee with whip cream. Talk about discusting.

Dunkin employee Kaitlyn treated me so well I thought I’d give a nice review. This is the kind of fast working, polite and friendly employee every franchise owner is looking for. I will also give credit to the other staff, because this is among the best run Dunkin's I have ever been to.You’ll immediately notice the franchise owner has decided to almost over-staff, so no customer is waiting too long and everything runs smoothly. This tells me a lot about that owner and I’m sure they’re a great person. Every time I’m up here for business I will absolutely be back because of Kaitlyn and the well-run team. A++Thank you so much for the perfect large iced mocha latte with whole milk and light ice Kaitlyn.3-3-23 around noon
