So the staff aren’t trained fully and have not gone through smart tan training... the beds need a major dusting and cleaning in the fans and behind the acrylic. The bulbs appear to have been not all changed at the same time (which should always be done). Their lotion selection is terrible not a single lotion silicone based having brands like Australian Gold/Designer Skin (same owner so same company in my mind). JWowww products are terrible and streak intensely!!!I once gave a sales rep a 10$ bill and I was supposed to get change... however did not as Inwas in a hurry. I mentioned to the sales associates the money that’s rightfully mine and it should have been a simple look at the cash out sheet for that day and see the overage and then give me my money however she said she’d need to talk to management.I then asked the next Two times of going about this and no notes had been made and suffice to say, I still haven’t been refunded so I feel like someone particularly the closer of the day i wasn’t given my change is a thief!!!I worked in Toronto at a Tanning and Oxygen Bar down town basically managed it by myself so I feel like it needs someone in there to whip that team in shape.They don’t upsell, they don’t have any heats, tingles, blushes etc... I don’t know just fully feel bad for the owner at this point.To whoever owns Ozone email me of you want to see an increase in sales and a sales and marketing expert!!!

This place has a bunch of different beds/stand-up.Great staff, clean place. Lots if parking.Go get your tan on!

The spot is clean. Front desk girl was very friendly and helpful. Instruction girl seemed like she was in a big rush after she showed me to the tanning room - but was pleasant enough. I haven't tanned enough to know if this place deserves 5 stars. But I always think there's room for improvement.

Love love love Ozone. I try to stop in every time I am in the city. It is easy to book a tan -they accommodate my last minute bookings/ changes every time. All of the girls are very friendly and have a pretty good knowledge of the products they carry. It is priced fairly and they have a good variety of stand up & lay down beds.Highly recommend!:)

Love this place. I go off and on every few yrs to help my skin. The staff is stellar, great customer service. The manager is awesome. Its clean & bright and smells amazing. The best!!!.
