Dr Krimi is a very kind person and talented dentist, but whoever runs their admin and reception is unbelievably frustrating to deal with. Stopped going because of numerous mistakes made with my insurance, charging me when I shouldn't be (after surgery), a convoluted and protracted process to be repaid, and with bad communication in general.

I had a bad experience here. The staff seemed disorganized, my appointment went (over an hour) late, and I was billed for a consultation I explicitly declined. Then, when attempting to get my records to take to a different dentist, the office attempted to charge me a (perhaps excessive?) fee of $50 to simply mail an x-ray.I wouldn't recommend it.

I went there like 2 months ago, no good experience at all, such a Cheap looking place I only saw one Doctor I couldn't help to notice that his uniform was dirty and wrinkle, the place has very old TVs, also I had a small caries and I notice a UV lamp wrap in aluminum foil! After I was done I took a look at the material and it seems old, by the way I had to go to another place after couple days because what he put on my tooth felt down next day, the Doctor told me I need so many things done, He just wants money because when I went to another place the Doctor told me i didn't need all of those things he sayed. The only positive thing is the Staff, The hygenist and the Assitant very educated and friendly, but I couldn't help to notice that the Receptionist and secretary is also the Assistant, I wonder if she gets payed double for that? if not I hope she report him, He seems such a cheap Dentist! I will never go back again.

My situation was like a double-edge sword. On the one hand Doc Krimi and Sylvania receptionist and Madeleine felt like old friends. Doc Krimi indulged my idiosyncrasies and for that I'm grateful..overtime I wondered tho at the constant change of staff at St. Jacques. It became impossible to call coz their system 'didn't take calls from cellphones' duh?? I had denturology done there and tho he tried his best it was a bust from the jump. How many times I had to return for breaks and lost teeth. But again doc K was Always sympa and helpful and we parted friendly. I have left town now but I wanted to say thanks for an interesting run. BTW I found the 'owner replies' to reviews a bit cold abrupt and defensive.
