Used to be pretty bad, but the new staff have been steadily improving the building since they got here. Dealing with the construction and maintenance has been annoying, but the improvements are well worth it.

To be fair, location is nice - local restaurants and stores are quaint; several trails near by; legitimately Sheridan College is a 5 min walk away. The building infrastructure is solid with concrete walls, rooms are spacious - especially when comparing them to more modern apartments -, the balcony is larger than expected and I've heard most views from them are exceptional.However, staff currently working in the building lack empathy and are unsupportive of those with health, actually any issue of any kind. In fact, at first, they present themselves as lovely people, but as time goes on and of course after arrangements to live here are completed, they no longer hide behind their masks and instead prey on those whom they deem weak, if not everyone. They are known for harassment, verbal and/or written, and look the other way at (aka condone) physical violence. They say they are supportive of the public with kindness and their smiles appear promising, but in reality, this appearance is fake and empty of most promises.The one promise they can keep is the appearance, both of themselves and the building's interior/exterior. They are definitely working hard to improve the buildings look, and are implementing better lighting in hallways, safer elevators, apartments now have individual water shut off valves in place (no more constant full building water shut offs).In conclusion, let's just say, this is a fantastic building to live at! I can't wait to see the improvements of the building in the upcoming months and when empathy is shown towards the people who live here, my rating will be changed accordingly. ADVICE: If you think you can stick to your circle and avoid the trolls, this place is superb.

DO NO MOVE IN 1260 MARLBOROUGH CRT!! Hello My name Is Jen I moved here from Alberta cause I was offered a job here in my engineering field. I needed an quick rental and I must say it was absolutely the worst rental experience I ever had! The apartment is infested with bed bugs and the building has every bug I can think of . They never fix anything and they have people with mental illness and disabilities in the building that causes problems for others there are hoarders, fire alarms, condoms, vomit everywhere , it smells horrible and I definitely felt unsafe I took off when my lease was over and it was the most worst experience I ever had hands down !.I dunno how someone can own a building and think this is ok. People don't clean up there pets in the building , doggy do everywhere, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE INSURANCE I IF YOU MOVE IN There are on going problems. Every single day I was there It was not just little every day home problems , These a big issues, the water was shut off at least once a month I had to make arrangements to live elsewhere for 4 daysThe laundry machines did not work it ,ate all my money , and the list goes on! I just can't believe how horrible the living conditions are at 1260 Marlborough its horrific from my experience Good luck to all! Move in at own risk!
