I have called at least 4 times to be removed from their mailing and call list. I still receive mail from them to this day. The mail has slowed down but I used to get mail at least 2 times a week. It’s excessive and annoying.

Fairstone is a BIG scam bag.DO NOT EVER get loans of ANY type from this place. And all of you that have taken loans from this place, call these SCAM bags RIGHT AWAY and ask for a COMPLETE statement from day 1 that you started your loan, coz they keep charging you even after the loan is finished, their system doesn't understand that the loan has been finished long ago, so I advise you guys to call these scam bags and get your money back for being overly charged on your loans.Their staffs are EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional.DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL !!

All employees speak rudely, and when I spoke to the branch manager, he started speaking rudely as well, with a loud voice and threats, as I was cheated by paying extra amount after close full amount loan a week before. I will send an official note to the highest level

Chris was so unhelpful. Actually never met a nonchalant, bad attitude, bad energy customer service ever! Never felt so neglected ever before. I always go to this branch, however I usually get attended to by (I forget his name, big guy), whose services are amazing! Chris is the opposite of him. Like why do a customer service job if you hate people or will render no help at all?Thanks for ruining my day Chris, I hope the same happens to you so you can have the taste of your own medicine. This woman actually left me there and left for the day! WHATT??! Yall better not call me for your remaining money, because apparently Chris don't want you to have it. Oh by the way, I went in for insurance application on my loan, because of job lost Covid related. I had to leave without resolving the issue because I didn't know what to do and no one gave me instructions on what next. Never seen anything like this before. I'm a very friendly and bubbly person, but immediately I walked in there, her energy was so draining. Bad energy, bad attitude. It's actually crazy

DON'T! Save yourself the hassle of this horrible company. The worst business ever. I hate them with a passion. No one knows the correct answer to anything. Everytime you call they treat you like you are the most dumb person in the world. You never get the same answer twice for the exact same question. I've called them 8 times for an answer and not one answer has been the same.

Received a guarenteed" loan offer. Met all the criteria of not having any bankcrupcies etc

I had a situation with an incorrect address I was not even aware was an issue, wasn't receiving mail or any notice of my account. This Branch went over and above to help me, and provide further instruction if I needed to follow up the branch manager was fantastic! They probably could have just referred me to another number but instead they helped more than pleased.

The worst loan company you could ever do business with. Do not go here if yo need a loan.That guy called chris is downright rude, unprofessional and lacks proper customer service. This place is comparable to a loan sharking business -very high interest rates, very very sneaky with paper work. Do not sign before looking at the insurance they add in there. It does not help.They also ran hard inquiries on my credit twice(without my permission) - back to back! Stay away!

If a zero star review possible that will be the one. A horrible customer service and extremely rude attitude. You should changes business hour to 4:30pm even though they are there until 5:00pm computers are OFF just hanging out to clock out. Save yourself a trip.
