I came in last minute for an outfit to wear to my staff Christmas party for KGH. Courtney helped me out and she was fabulous. Not only did she put up with my friends and my jovial antics, she was knowledge on the stores products. What I really appreciated was that she first started with finding the right sizing for me before jumping into the different style options. That help set a great tone for the experience and guided us in the right direction to find the perfect outfit. Thank you.

Rude customer service!I think she was the manager (lady with the blonde pixie hair); very rude. she kept looking at me while I was shopping around (maybe cause I wasn't Caucasian?). Went up to her to pay and was mean, snobby, stuck up. she bagged my cloth and threw it across the counter at me; the shirt almost fell out the bag. what a terrible person, reminds me of mean girls.There was another girl there working on the floor; she was very nice.

Great people, great service!Yet another great experience with RW&CO Kelowna! I just recently bought my suit for grad and the team there made it such a breeze! I worked with Shirley and she was simply delightful, she was helping me find the right colour suit for my skin tone while still trying to coordinate with my dates dress and did a great job of it. They all offered very honest feedback and were all very helpful. Plus, I saved a ton on my suit - it was a win-win situation!I would highly recommend this store and the amazing team that works there!Thanks RW&CO :)

I have shopped at RW and Co. for a few years. I recently went in and was helped by Jack, a sales associate, and I can't describe how helpful he was. Sincerely my best retail shopping experience, ever.He helped me with colors, sizing, recommendations for altering--and then some, all while catering to my unique needs.I am blown away.

Really impressed with the staff here. Helped me into a nice suit and I was floored at their knowledge. Really approachable and genuinely wanted to help. Courtney M was wonderful and Courtney C. Helped with the final fitting. Their manager Stephanie helped at check out. Big smiles on everyone the whole time, really enjoyed the vibe. Easy to spend money when everyone's happy!

My fav to buy work clothes and beautiful clothes generally ..pros, very nice sometimes expensive outfits. Cons, must dry clean the clothes to ensure longevity. One wash is all it takes to destroy it, even if it's hand washed. Also, keep checking the store or online for price reduction within the return window as often times, you'll pay$150 for an item today, and the next day it is for $60.

Not a good quality. I bought a pair of dress pant at the end of September, the hook came off after 3rd wash. Two months after, the left leg's bottom stitches came off completely. Do not recommend this store. Going back to Express.

Called five times to make sure it's THICK fleece tight. Drive all the way from Penticton. And they are THIN fleece tights. This is exactly why I shop online from stores not in Canada.

Greeted by staff but otherwise no help. Asked where the slim men's dress pants are and they pointed and said over there I think. Once we found our pants not a single person asked about sizing in the change room, checked on us, or offered help while we looked for additional items. There were 3 staff on at 11am and they seemed too worried about folding clothes and fulfilling what looked like online orders to even help the customer in front of them. Not a single person tried to help us or check in after we helped ourselves. Unfortunate service.
