Align Orthodontics

The staff at Align Orthodontics is very professional and friendly. From the consultation to treatment every staff member priority is to ensure ones appointment is comfortable. Dr. Ghumman explained the treatment step by step. I strongly recommend the Align Orthodontics……5 stars for me and my daughter. Our experience is absolutely positive.

Strongly recommend Align Orthodontics. Amazing staff and especially orthodontist is great. Explains everything in details and spends good amount of time with patients. Dr. Dhingra is amazing professional and very kind and sweet person. Both my kids love seeing him.

Wow what can I say.lets start by saying thank you Josie for recommending me to Dental works 4 kids.My experience was fantastic .from the time you walk in the door till the time you leave you are treated like gold.The staff starting with the receptionists to the hygienists to the Dr's them self was and Is a great experience .they have made me smile more than I have.I would recommend anyone try for yourself you will not be disappointed.Thanks Dental works 4 kidsWayne T

I agree with sully's post. The staff is very rude and harsh when coming to appointments. My child was running 7 mins late but they would not accept it and refused to accept him even though my I left work early to bring him there!. They make you wait when it's your appointment but when you need an extra few minutes they refuse. DO NOT RECOMMEND the front desk staff but don't mind the Doctor.

If you're looking to get braces, I suggest you go to an actual orthodontist office. There work is not great! They switch doctors every couple months and no one has a clue what's going on until they spend 20 minutes reading the notes. We got braces for our daughter and her teeth have two huge spaces in them after a 12 month treatment and the suggestion from the new doctor never met before was to repay for braces. That's great customer service guys, keep up the crappie work.! $6000 dollars later and you don't have a perfect smile really sucks!

The experience with these guys has been a nightmare. They were all nice when they wanted our money. We paid in full for the treatment and after a few visits they started cancelling appointments, then making excuses for not having any available appointments. Our child is now stuck with the braces with no one to remove them for us.Also tried their dentistry and never again! They pulled my child's tooth out without consulting with me and she bled through her cleaning and was in pain. Then they turn around and charge me an exorbitant amount for the tooth extractions with no apologies.I would give them no stars if I could. Not referring any business to these guys. I'm sure they wouldn't mind, they don't have any appointments available!

Entire staff is Very Professional and great at customer service. I personally like this place.

Unfortunately the receptionists really bring the clinic down. Very rude and once they have your money they don't care about you!Called to say I was running a bit late and one of the receptionist threatened me with;- if I was more than 5 mins late, they would reschedule my appt, even though they had moved me around a few times to make their schedule fit.More than twice they had rescheduled appts that were scheduled a month prior because the dentist wasn't going to be in.Very very upset at the management here. IWish I had gone to a different clinic just because I hate talking to the front desk!Orthodontist is great however and a sweetheart, too bad his staff is stupid.

Drs are good, reception stuff is very rude, even I complain to dr ghuman and he said he cannot do anything about reception as they are under different setup. Simply, Receptionists are not nice, very bad customer service, I’ll never recommend going there
