After a quick call, James was here within an hour (on a holiday, no less!) with the necessary part for an emergency leak. Within a half hour our hot tub was fixed and James provided suggestions for likely upcoming maintenance in the coming year and who to go to. Thank you for the very fast and great service!

James was extremely knowledgeable, reliable and efficient in helping us resolve our hot tub issue. He could have easily told me there was more wrong than there was and was honest enough to show me how to fix it myself in the future. He also took the time to educate me on my chemicals. He also hand delivered our new cover and took the old one away for no extra charge. First class service and reasonable pricing.
