Not worth the cost. Building management is the worst I’ve ever seen out of all places I’ve rented from.

Terrible building management. Not much more to say really. Elevator safety certificates have been out of date for 2 years, last time they “replaced” it they replaced it with another out of date certificate. Took me 2 years to get a storage key that I paid money for. Can’t wait to move out of here.

Terrible building management worst I have ever seen. It is marketed as a “luxury” style loft however it is far from being treated like one. The maintenance is atrocious and anything they “fix” is always to the lowest standards and becomes an eye sore. They can’t even properly fix the 6th floor elevator button the solution was to write the number 6 with whiteout...Can’t Voice or speak anything because they could really care less and it is located in an area with a lot of drug addicts. Be very aware that on a nightly basis they try and open the doors in the parking lot. Our car got Brocken into and they laughed and told us their cameras don’t work. The elevators always smell, the carpets are always stained. In my honest opinion STAY AWAY
