Another nice LCBO location just like most others. Selection and service were good so no complaints.

Recently moved nearby and it was my first time coming to this location. Seemed to have a nice variety of selections in stock but the cashier (younger Asian guy with glasses, didn't catch the name unfortunately) was quite rude, impatient and condescending. I can understand if it was busy and he was checking 100 people out but he came to cash to help out the other girl so I was technically the first person he served. No need to raise your voice at me to follow your weird directions for everyone else in line to hear like I'm a child. For that reason I won't be returning.

Some people let their cashier job get to their head and think they are working as security for the President, and that seems to be the case with everyone who works at this LCBO location. A female cashier (who appeared to be West Indian) was extremely difficult. My sister and I went to pick up a wine, she asked for an ID which I provided then she forced me to take off my medical mask which I keep on because I am at risk. I obliged even though I was uncomfortable to do so. Then my sister said she will pay, so the cashiet told my sister she needs to show an ID. I said oh it's okay

The cashier was extremely rude, insulting and lazy, extremely bad experience. Asked for cash back and she said her cash register does not have enough for cash back. I asked her to find out if the other cashier has enough for cash back, she was lazy to ask and rude response. I had been a customer since 10 years at this location and this kind of pathetic behavior, I have never experienced. LCBO need to enhance customer service skills.PS: the cashier was either Guyanese or Trinidadian (I am not a racist) I could be wrong. This lady need to be fired that bad was her attitude

The black lady as another customer described her Trinidadian (Caribbean) and some other one, who’s always wearing too much lipgloss, are extremely rude and lack customer service skills.The self importance is misplaced, you do not own the LCBO, you are employees, act accordingly!Nobody gets freebies at the LCBO York Mills, so your audacity to be rude to customers, especially female customers is beyond me.My encounter with the extremely made up one, who was smiling and being very jovial with different male customers but was extremely rude and unpleasant to me, was surprising. If you prefer to serve only male customers, please hang up a sign.As for the older black lady, you’re as basic as they come, a cashier at the Lcbo. Raising your voice at me, and being condescending in front of other customers shows how classless and uncultured you are. This Gail has been rude to me on several occasions, the last episode, she tried to embarrass me in front of other customers, with Cindy as her partner. So this review is off of several interactions.A woman your age should know how to show others respect, but then again you can’t teach an old dog new tricks.It is the LCBO, a provincial store, keep your attitude at home, nobody cares to deal with it.There’s also the option of opening up your own business, where you can disrespect whomever is stupid enough to walk through your doors.There are other bad reviews about both these employees, from other women! Why the management is ignoring customer complaints, I’m not sure.

This LCBO has a decent selection of mid-priced wines and beer. The store has chilled wine along with unchilled bottles. The selection of beer is pretty fair and includes some imports not usually found in the LCBO. The store is well organized and the liquor selection also seems pretty decent. Parking is a problem at times, but if you're there early enough, you should be okay.

Been to a lot of LCBO stores, and generally would never think to leave a review, but in this case there are two people at this store that really stood out. One is Alex and the other is Gail. Both had amazingly warm and wonderful attitudes and helped me find exactly what I needed... gifts for friends and a little something for myself. Every now and then you come across people that just go out of their way to make your experience better. This was just such a case. Highly recommended to stop by this store.

What I like about this location is that it has the harder to find bottles in stock (Which is always a plus!) Also, the staff is more than willing to help. Parking here might be a little tricky because of the volume flow but you should be fine.

Older darker skinned woman with short hair is absolutely rude and disrespectful. All the other staffs are amazing however that one woman shouldn’t be working at a customer service place if she does not know how to communicate with customers.
