Quick and efficient.

Repeatedly did not provide full service pre paid for. I have left two messages for Tim the owner/manager & have yet to get a return call. Woman that answers phone is rude & unhelpful.

They keep telling everyone “new ownership, new management, we know there have been problems in the past” but trust me there is no value in choosing this company. It’s not like they are cheap so you get what you pay for type thing. We have been using them for roughly 5 years in a row and we always get the same package for approximately $1300. I asked them today if they have changed what the package includes after we paid in December, there answer was no we will send you what it included. What they sent me does not include aeration and when I emailed back stating that it includes everything but aeration, there reply was if you want it it’s an extra $200 plus dollars, totally dismissing the issue I have. The previous owner was at least honest and I’m sure he wouldn’t appreciate new ownerships sales approach of don’t worry we recognize how bad the service was before.

Because the person who answered thePhone was very rude. I wouldnt recommend them for any services theyOffer.
