Halcyon Hot Springs Resort

Very nice cabin with great amenities. Towels and slippers are provided which is nice for walking to the hot springs area. Try and bring your own food, the restaurant is incredibly expensive and not worth it in my opinion, though the breakfast was quite good. Hot springs are a great temperature and I loved that they had a small cold plunge pool right beside them. View from the pool area is gorgeous, right over the water looking onto a mountain. Would recommend staying here to relax and break up a long drive.

I’ve been coming to Halcyon Hotsprings Resort for over 10 years. I have had some issues in the past with service (especially during the pandemic). I have to say this was the best stay in March and I’m thoroughly impressed! The service was fantastic, we were upgraded our accommodation and it was wonderful! Very clean, quiet, and a gorgeous view. The free breakfast that was included was incredible - full meals and a good variety (so much more than just muffins and fruit that you typically get at other hotels). The restaurant menu is fantastic and of course those views are stunning! It’s such a beautiful, remote location and completely worth the trip each time. I’m so impressed and will definitely be back.

I recently stayed at the resort. I just loved the quiet, and peacefulness this place provided. The cabin was perfect, beds super comfy. The spa was incredible Amanda was amazing. Hands down a spa treatment is just what one needs. The hot pools were lovely although it would have been more amazing to use the bottom pool (I understand it's the summer pool) and be open earlier for guests 730 or 8 and closed at 10pm. The food was delicious, hands down to the chef and kitchen staff. Sadly the front end staff could have been more pleasant, they are representing the entire place! Overall I would most certainly stay again. I hope this place stays relaxing and doesn't get to big". Thank you for a relaxing vacation"

Impressed by the service here. Amanda and otheres were sincere when attending to all guests.The Spa was great, very relaxing! The chalet was very clean with no smells - only fresh air, and quiet! Perfect for relaxing.The grounds are well landscaped and it seems that they are continually improving.Nice walking trails and paths to explore lakeside.Highly recommend! We will be back.

This is a nice quiet getaway. It is a beautiful location on the lake with amazing views. The food on site is really 5 star. We enjoyed every meal we had here. The Chef has gone above and beyond with the menu and ingredients that are used. We will be back for dinner again.

Beyond impressed. So relaxing, the pools are perfection, the food was delicious and of great value and the staff was friendly, pleasant and helpful.This place thinks of the guest experience above all else. A good resort ensures all roads and pathways are cleared after an overnight snowfall. This resort has a dedicated employee that shoveled a pathway to each car knowing we all go to the pools in our slippers(or flip flops) and robes. The pools, the accommodations, the spa and the foo is a 5/5. But that extra touch with the shoveling is what I think sets them apart.

Just spent 3 days at Halcyon Hot Springs Resort for my hubby's birthday getaway: WOW what an amazing resort. Stunningly beautiful scenery from pools area & restaurant. The pools were clean and well maintained and not very busy during our visit - so relaxing to spend time lounging in them! Enjoyed the restaurant - excellent food and accommodating for food allergies. They comp'ed a special dessert for my hubby's birthday dinner! The free breakfasts are delicious and service was friendly and efficient.We stayed in a cottage which was INCREDIBLE. They have recently renovated and it was beautiful. Bed was super comfy and the fridge was slightly bigger than a standard hotel bar fridge - perfect for snacks and drinks. The bathroom was amazing - loved the fancy toilet with heated seat and bidet.We walked down to the lake and I think it would be so fun here in the summer, as it looks like they rent out water sports equipment and there is a dock. The water is so clear and clean in the lake.All staff we interacted with were friendly and welcoming. Loved our visit and will definitely be coming back!

We stayed for two nights. Overall was nice. I understand the unique location and amazing view, but I don’t see how the prices are considered reasonable when you have to share random day-use customers in the same pool. That just makes the pool feels too busy. That’s how to end of the adult pool time after dinner time is the best time because there are no random walk-in people and much quieter.

After a long, hot drive we arrived only to find I had made a mistake in my booking (totally my fault) and we didn’t have a room. The resort was pretty full & housekeeping had gone home for the day. The staff went above & beyond to have maintenance set up a gorgeous chalet for us. Big shout out & thank you to Melissa for her awesome service. We enjoyed the hot pools, the resort is beautiful & very relaxing. Can’t wait to come back & stay awhile.
