First time visiting while passing through. We were able to grab a nice spot on the patio and our server (wish I had her name) was super friendly and did a great job waiting on us. She made great recommendations for the menu and was so delightful to interact with. I would definitely return for both the food and service. If I could make one suggestion at all, perhaps more options for craft beer since I’m a HUGE fan ;)

Best casual spot in Carleton Place. The food is great, the prices are terrific and the service is fast and friendly. Casual restaurant by day, and the place to be at night. A Carleton Place classic! Don’t skip the sweet potato fries!!

Definitely a great place to eat. The food is delicious - better than your typical pub food. The bread (for sandwiches and whatnot) is from the bakery next door so it is so fresh and delicious if you love carbs like I do. Food was ready quickly and came out hot. Even just the side garden salad was good - nice fresh, crisp veggies and tons of options for dressings. Free soft drink refills. The person who served our table was very friendly and helpful. Nothing bad to say about this place. Would definitely return and highly recommend it.

Had a few beers and ordered several apps for the table. The servers were pleasent and knowledgeable. Enjoyed the buffalo chicken dip was tasty and thick! Definitely will try some main entrees next time I'm in town.

We showed up for lunch on a weekday. Atmosphere is traditional pub style. Entrance is also from the side, and not the front. While they were short-staffed, the server was really great. Our orders were taken quickly and drinks were served in reasonable time. We ordered nachos with pulled pork, and quesadilla....both were good, and reasonably priced. We were satisfied overall with the experience and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

My mom and I stopped by for a late night drink when staying in the hotel across the street, and though I wouldn’t recommend non traditional pub drinks, beers are fine! But my four stars is truly aimed at the incredible server who had us howling all night! Would go back specifically to banter with him again.

It was great eating there but the damn Door slammed every 4 minutes!! They should invest in something to stop that from happening as my head hurt and was very annoyed almost right away!The Food was pretty good! I had vegan fajitas and was glad I didn't have to just settle for fries! My drink was lovely too. My mom enjoyed her wrap and fries!Would have given more stars but the environment was overstimulating with the loud door slamming the whole time.
