I recently had the pleasure of using PTH auto and I was so pleased with the incredible customer service and how quickly they were able to accommodate me given my urgent car troubles. They diagnosed the problem in a more then efficient time frame, fixed the issue and they were wonderful to deal with. 100% recommend Ryan and the staff at PTH auto inc.

It's hard to find honest mechanics and these guys are as honest as they get. I always trust they will fix what has to and let me know what is not in dire need. As someone who is not mechanically inclined and always have an older car, I will never go to anyone else. I've used them for over 20 repairs and maintenance over the years and I will never go to anyone else. Thank you PTH Auto!

The 5 star reviews are real. These guys stand by their work. I had a situation that was hard to diagnose. Even though the first fix didn't resolve the issue they kept at it until it was figured out. Didn't charge me a dime beyond the first repair but spent way more in additional parts than what it was worth because they'd rather have a happy customer than just make a profit.They've built a lot of trust with me and I'll continue to come back to them.

I completelly reccomend PTH Auto. The staff is friendly, highly skilled and, most important, 100% honest. If you need or don't need to change a part they will tell you the truth either way. Everytime I go there, I get the feeling that they care about me and my car.

My SUV had front brake pad and router problems in Brampton. Rather than getting it fixed in Brampton, I had it towed to PTH in Waterloo. Colleen arranged to have it repaired the following day. No hassle, my vehicle was repaired and I was on my way...very efficient operation at PTH

PTH is the best, honest and very fast automotive repair shop.I had my Hyundai Tucson break down close to long weekend but these guys fixed it in few hours and gave me 50$ discount. Store owner is a very nice lady.Any automobile problems go here!!!
