Amazing experience. I had a blood sample to do and I normally go to Orleans. The wait time at this location happened to be very small so I made the drive. Worth it big time! Very friendly and the nurse who did my samples was an absolute ninja with the needle!

Online check in does NOT work at this location - it is disabled on their website.Arrived 10 minutes prior to doors opening and there was already a line-up. One of the tests that was to be done is a specific test that needs to be done within 30mins of waking up. Needless to say that the test was not completed in the proper amount of time due to lack of online check in! Considering that the test is expensive and was being paid for entirely out of pocket, it's very disappointing. Should have gone to a better location that takes reservations and allows online check in - lesson learned!Skip this location if you require tests to be done at a certain time or within a certain time period - it's a major gamble.There was a woman who showed up last with her teenage daughter in tow, yet she cut in front of several others in line, including elderly folk, when the doors opened. The clinic is poorly laid out to ensure fair entry. Not necessarily the clinic's fault that people have no manners or common sense in this area, but having numbered seats could erase this issue. Don't expect people to follow the rule of 'first come first served' at this location, it's a free for all!

We have been to many places for blood tests, in my opinion this is the best place.The staff are very attentive, organized and very pleasant with people.

I’ve been there a couple of times and this place is a hit or miss. Most of the time, the person at the front desk can be rude. The person taking the blood samples are often nice, but had some rare occasions where I felt like I was a number. They also don’t answer their phone… Will still go there as it’s a practical location for me and I’m hoping I can change this review in the future.

Very unprofessional and unsanitary!While I was waiting for my blood to be taken the woman working were gossiping about their co-workers and about emails they had sent to each other regarding coverage during vacation. They were talking to each other from across the room where everyone could hear them.Then the lady taking my blood went under her visor with her gloves and rubbed her eye right before she took my blood!! I'm a high risk individual and this was known by the staff taking my blood, however proper precautions were not taken. In a health care environment this is unacceptable and I would not trust these individuals during such unprecedented times.Last visit my husband had at this clinic was a similar scenario with the etiquette from the woman taking blood and discussing unprofessional matters in front of clients.We will never go back here again.

Check in system worked excellent for myself and my daughter.Once there, we were greeted professionally with warmth and promptly served.Thank you for your care!

I always go to this location and I give it a 5 Star. Staff is efficient and we never wait very long with the on-line registration.

Terrific lab. Their COVID protocols allow you to submit requisitions electronically in advance, and the website provides up to the minute listings on wait times. When you arrive, if there is any significant wait time, you can wait in your car and receive a text message alert when they're ready for you.Can't recommend highly enough. Took advantage of the services listed above, and our wait time was under 5 minutes. We were in and out in 10 minutes.Friendly, competent, efficient staff. I'd return.

Fast, efficient, and friendly. Online check-in reduces wait times even more, and lets you know ahead of time how long your wait is likely to be. Even when they're at their busiest, their wait time estimates are usually pretty close.

Very poor time management at this branch.Had a doctor's appointment in the same building this morning at 9:30. Registered for an x-ray, then for blood work. Had the x-ray done then started waiting for the blood work. I should mention, that when I registered for the bloodwork there was nothing said about a long wait. I waited for 40 minutes was watching the wait times and when I had twenty minutes left, they added another 20 minutes bringing our wait time back up to 40 minutes.I should also mention that when I registered, I told them that it was for my mother-in-law who is 80 years old and is in an incredible amount of back pain.I will not be returning to this branch!!
