BUYER BEWAREI purchased a rug 6 months ago for over $500 that is now completely unrecognizable it has faded to an off white mess. What should obviously be covered under warranty as a manufacturer defect is being denied and called “normal wear and tear”. If you don’t mind spending hundreds of dollars on something that is only expected to last a few weeks then this is the store for you. Before and after pics for reference.

Got my king size bed from there. Was delivered right on New Year day. Present from Santa. Ops I mean papa. Lol. Amazing bed. No shaking. You know what I mean. Happy Holidays mama.

For those who doesn’t know, this store(not sure about other location) will not accept returns( I ordered 6 chairs). Your return will have to be picked up by the shipping company which will cost about $70. You will have to make sure you won’t need to return your order.The staff were friendly but didn’t give any of the return information. Be sure to go on their website to read all the return policy.

I have been to many showrooms of Structube but I would have to say that the staffs here are the most helpful ones. They are all very approachable and enthusiastic with work. Ily was so kind and patient.

I came here to pick up an order for my boss and I totally fell in love with this store!!!! The furniture is very good quality and they've got all kinds of different styles and mediums to make it your own!! I will definitely be shopping here in the future for our house!!

Store set up is very clean and appealing. Staff is friendly and helpful. However the furniture quality is not great but matches the price.
