Ranji and his employees provided exceptional customer service. I travelled to ON from BC for a week and wanted to get a vehicle to go about the city. I communicated with Ranji and told him my expectations as I had 2 kids and my wife travelling with me. He very well understood my requirement and had a SUV ready for pick on the day I wanted it. Additionally, he made sure that I had 2 car seats for the safety of the kids. This business and the person who is run it is excellent with what they deliver. I wish them exponential growth and success.

I was in a real jam, after taking my car to the mechanic and only for them to tell me last minute at closing that my car is gonna take longer than they expected. I googled for cheap car rentals close to me and called Equality car rental as soon as they opened at 8:00 am. Left a message and got a call back very quickly by Ranji he told me not to worry give him a few minutes to see how best he could help and did he come through, by 9:30 am I was in a very clean and new car on my way to work. I definitely recommend Equality Car Rental to everyone, I love small businesses they always treat their clients special.

Excellent customer service and very professional experience! Our Jeep was stolen and we were calling around for a rental. The insurance company could not extend our rental. I spoke with Ranji and I was blown away with his kindness and immediately accommodated our request. Even though, something came up from our end..I will 100% support Equality Car rental. Very fair prices and the customer service is 100/100. I will most definitely recommend Ranji.

When my dad had an accident and we were trying to get a reasonable rental car for him,I stumbled upon Equality Rental and toy surprisedl Ranji was more than willing to help us out.Ranji had my dad in a car and on our way in under 10 minutes.He will be my go to whenever I need to rent a car again.

Excellent service, no hidden fees, always available when you call. Clean car, smooth ride . I can Only say positive review about this company ,I have rented from so many companies in the past but this one is the best . They won't go behind the bush and charge you skyrocket hiden fees like other Companies do. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a car.
