My situation was a bit challenging with covid delays, and snow storms and Christmas. They went out of their way to create a temporary counter for me to have for Christmas. I was so pleased with everyone I dealt with, the product and the customer service was beyond expectation. I would highly recommend. Andy with my counters and Rigo with the installation.. We had a great time working with Cabinets R Us in designing and installing a new set of cabinets as part of our complete kitchen renovation. On top of working around some limitations regarding our condo unit during the design, Diane has gone a bit beyond for us by checking if their door supplier had black slabs, and the decision to use black instead of the initial grey has done wonders for our design vision, allowing our chosen backsplash and countertop to pop out very nicely.The 2-week turnaround time has also allowed us to plan ahead with the rest of the renovation scheduling, that we were able to allocate just enough time for the installation to be completed without too many issues. We're overall very satisfied with the results.

I have dealt with Cabinet'R'Us on multiple occasions (specifically Diane) pre, during, and post Covid, ordering new kitchens for various rental properties and my own children's homes. Although they have a number of different styles and product choices, I typically use the stock shaker cabinets and I am very pleased with their fit and finish. They have true plywood boxes and main components (no swelling with the inevitable water leak experienced in a rental unit) and seem designed for longevity (no MDF for support here). They come with all hardware (including soft close hinges and drawer slides) and the painted wood finish (not thermofoil) has been consistant through the years. I can easily change a like sized door on an older cabinet with a new one and have a perfect matching finish. Orders have been filled accurately each time and you are always receive a friendly greeting upon arrival in their multi-layout showroom (along with installation tips and tricks for the DIY crowd). Diane and crew have helped me to stay on budget, offering creative options for me to save some money (in my case I have more time than money!) and I would highly recommend Cabinet'R'Us for a kitchen build.

The staff were really kind and helpful! We were in a bit of a time constraint to get our kitchen done and they came through with our cabinets in less than a week! The cabinets themselves are sturdy and clean and way more expensive looking than we expected! We get compliments on them all the time. After we were finished. Our kitchen. We needed a few more pieces so I called to see if they were able to help us with some finishing pieces and they got a order together the same day. First class customer service and cabinets!

Cabinet refacing and counter top replacement made our kitchen look fresh and new! Blake & Paul were helpful and made sure things went OK. Would recommend.

We were extremely excited to reno our kitchen and Cabinets R us were able to make the cabinets we needed for our kitchen and add extra storage for us. They turned out great. However they forgot to order our countertops. We went 10 days with no countertops. Once received thwy were not correct Diane forgot to order the back splash to be part of the countertops and tried to say that I didn't order it that way when I did and I sent her pictures. Now she is avoiding my calls and emails to figure out when I will get this in. It has been another 10 business days and not a single communication as to when this is going to come in.We said we would be there to pick up the cabinets at a set time but when we arrived to pick up our pallets were completely blocked and had to wait around for them get our product.We absolutely love the cabinets but due to this event we are struggling to be able to recommend them for friend or family or even for future reno's.The communication has been poor with dates mentioned but not able to make them.

Cabinets R Us is a great choice if you are looking to renovate your kitchen or bathroom. Friendly knowledgeable staff and awesome choices. Diane was super patient, kind and had great ideas to give me the best kitchen for my small house. Hired a contractor to gut and install everything as electrical, plumbing and levelling were all required. Eric at Habidex Renovations is fantastic. I love my new kitchen.

Great product at a great price. Super pleasant and helpful staff. Have used them for 8 years for to design and install new kitchen cabinets and countertops, and, bathroom vanities and countertops. Would be very hard pressed to shop elsewhere! The value cannot be beat.
