Have used Park & Jet many times in the past and have always had a smooth experience with them. Wait times are usually pretty low at 3-5minutes. This time around, our shuttle at the parking was waiting in the lot and the one at the airport arrived a couple of minutes after we got to the pickup post. The drive is barely 5minutes. Overall, excellent service !

Easy to prepay and park! Shuttle arrives quickly after parking. Returning back its very easy to locate shuttle bus. Driver ensured to locate my vehicle when dropping off! I will definitely use the parking service again

I have used Calgary Park & Jet a number of times, with the most recent in June being quite impressive. The shuttle was waiting at for us at the time of entry to the lot and the drivers were quick to offer assistance with the various large bags we had. Transit time to the terminal is under two minutes and makes departure and return easy.At checkout there was a slight issue with payment but it was promptly handled the following day with a quick email. I'd definitely recommend for anyone needing to leave a vehicle at YYC in the future.

We parked at the Calgary Park and Jet for eleven days. We felt this option was a convenient, affordable, safe and secure option. The shuttle was prompt both departing and arriving and the driver helped with baggage if needed. Our car battery was dead when we returned and they had complementary boosting service. Thank goodness! All the staff we interacted with were pleasant and professional.

Very helpful staff, the bus was waiting at my row ready to pick me up as soon as I had parked. Secure perimeter, safe parking. The bus was where it was said to be on my return in the airport, no waiting, and dropped me off right to my spot! Really appreciated the little card with my row written on it the driver gave me! I always had trouble remembering where I had put the car in the past. Not a problem with Park&Jet! Great service! Warm helpful staff, smooth system!

We parked car for a day from BC, and we had an amazing experience there. We stayed at the Delta hotel which is located in the airport but their parking was expensive, so we found this place for $15 a night and parking was a breeze.There's an airport shuttle coming from Bay 25 and 30 (Arrival terminal) to there. (I liked that they gave me the paper that had information about my parking location and where I could take the shuttle).We lost the ticket when we leave the parking but staff was so helpful, professional, and friendly. (Shuttle Drivers were also nice)I highly recommend to park your car here and I’ll definitely use their services again!!

I have recently parked my car at Park & Jet Calgary for a week and really appreciated the friendly customer service all the way from the pick up, drop off, payment at the gate then a follow up on my inquiry by email. I'll definitely be using their service again in the future. Keep up the good work!

Easy to book online. Shuttle was quick to pick us up when we parked and only had to wait about 2 minutes for the shuttle back to our car. I couldn’t find the email to show them I paid and they said no problem and took my plate number and opened the gate! Would definitely use them again. Highly recommend them!

1st time using Park & Jet and I would use them again. Parking was easy, and the bus was in bay 26 when I returned. I made an error thinking I was parked in Lot 5 but it was Lot 4. The bus driver went around until we found it, excellent helpful driver. He also assisted with my luggage which was great. I will be using them again for sure. The price was good too!

Service was fantastic! So easy to use, very affordable (we parked here for 4 days) and upon return, they even drive you right to your vehicle which was such a pleasant surprise! Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again.
