Awful staff. They talked about their personal life the entire time while swearing and saying inappropriate things in front of my child and when I asked for a straw the girl looked at me and threw it on the counter. No “here you go” or “sure no problem”, just threw it and gave me a cut eye. I am genuinely shocked. How do they have a job?!?! Will NEVER go here again. Truly gross business culture.

Staff today was extremely unprofessional! Had the music so loud I had to yell my order at the guy taking it while the girl in the back looked at me like I had horns growing out of my forehead! (I can’t keep saying the same thing over and over at regular conversation volume if I can’t ven hear what I’m saying) I come here at least 3 times a week and I’ve never had as bad of an experience as I just did! Keep this up and I guarantee you will be losing regular customers!

I was here at 9:40pm on Monday March 14, the location closes at 10! I was outside waiting since the employee had locked the door before closing time! I waited for 15 minutes before leaving. In that time the employee was coming and saw me then turned away. I even knocked and still she did not return. At the end I was waiting with another customer who came at 9:50, the employee came out from the back again and closed the lights after seeing us standing outside! This was at 9:55.This is not how business is run!Unexceptable!

Owner has a HORRIBLE attitude. It clearly rubs off on his staff. The fact that someone like that is running a service-based franchise has turned me off from Booster Juice for awhile...

This is one of the WORST booster juice locations I've been to in my entire existence of life. I only go here because my girlfriend works in the plaza and I drive her to work. I get the same thing every booster juice I go to banana - a - whey in regular size with hemp hearts. That taste amazing but at this location it always taste extremely bitter and fresh as if they never added enough banana or ice cream or whatever they add. When I get it the cup is never filled. At other locations I get my drink full to the brim. Not acceptable. And to top it off one of the female workers told me have a good night" it was 11am! What she talking about have a good night

Jan 14 2023 : around 11 am. The girl at counter is rude, unprofessional and mannerless. Slamming doors of fridge, tossing drinks as if giving stuff for free.Advice for owner: fire her or she'll make sure you shut down the business. Thank me later.

When I walked into the booster juice today, I was welcomed kindly by a girl with black hair and blonde highlights. Immediately it made me feel welcome into the store, alongside her coworker. She made my drink well and was very kind to me through the whole experience and didn’t shoot me any dirty looks and was extremely patient with me. Overall it was a good experience, definitely coming again!
