Ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday. Most impressed by the decoration and the attention to detail of the decorations. The ice cream flavours blended well together as the birthday girl asked for half of one flavour and half of another flavour in the cake.I ordered by phone. I will order again. I send a thankful smile.

This is an old location, it's been in the same spot as long as I can remember. In fact as far back as 33 years ago to when I was my youngest son's age, I bet long before that. It's still the same though almost what you could say as a landmark of few which remain in Barrie. It's never overly busy, well stocked, staff is friendly. The same terrazzo benches and tables greet guests to enjoy treats outside and revel in memories and nostalgia. How can one really go wrong grabbing a scoop or three with the family.

Great variety. The staff were very friendly. This store could use an update and maybe something new to bring in more customers. Love their ice cream anyways. Portions are very small for the price. That was disappointing.

Icecream delicious. But it's a chain so we all knew exactly how it would taste. This location was absolutely not accessible, certainly not wheelchair and barely walking physically disabled. The door is about 3 inches above the sidewalk and there is NO ramp (although there is enough room that they could put one, which makes the inaccessibility feel even worse). There is no power button for the door either. I had to rely on the kindnesses of strangers to hold the door for me, the staff I don't think noticed at all; lucky for me this time there were other people in the store.

I've never smelled body odour quite like these employees. Absolutely disgusting. I attended in February 2023 to price out a medium-sized birthday cake. $79.99! For a birthday cake! Read that again! $79.99 for a medium sized birthday cake. Almost as disgusting as the smell.

Had the worst experience ever. The workers are very rude got the finger from the ladies working there tonight. I went with my family at around 8:15pm and asked for an ice cream with hot caramel and got hot fudge. I told the lady that was working there politely that I asked for Carmel not fudge and they both started arguing with me that I asked for the wrong topping, they did not want to replace it and continued arguing with me. I never experienced such humiliation in front of other customers and my family. I will never ever step another foot in that store, very rude ladies working there.

Very best Ice cream place in town. Very friendly staff, owners were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to filter our choices for big group and calmly help everyone get their choice of icecream.This place also has vegan ice cream. I wasn't even able to find the difference between regular and vegan ice cream, It was great.First time I had ice cream at this place, will totally go back here. Lots of parking available. Store was very clean. Were also following COVID regulations strictly.

A customer asked for hot caramel on top of her ice cream the attendant on Sunday July 24 at 8pm refused to acept the small.mistake of giving fudge instead, an argue ended on a customer telling that the atendand was rude and the attendant giving a middle finger.I and the rest of the customer gathered out side and can not believe such a bad experience and terrible customer service. Sad such unaceptable behaviour, the solution is to let everyone know and try not to go to that place again.
