I spoke with them regarding airfare and insurance for a trip to Italy. I was told they would email details with within a few days. They never provide any information or returned any follow up calls that I made to them over a two week period. I gave up! No stars!

My boyfriend and I used Pitt Meadows travel to book our trip to Africa. Unfortunately, our tour was set to depart at the end of March - right when COVID-19 was starting to cause a lot of uncertainty. Georgina and Sammi were a huge help to us right from the initial stages of booking our trip, to dealing with the cancellations and reimbursements. We will be sure to use them again when travel opens up more.

I have been using P.M. Travel for 10 years and have always been well taken care. Recently a trip to Mexico left me stuck without a direct flight home, as weeks stretched to months, both Pierro and Georgina kept me Informed on the ever cancelling flights. Ive been trying to plan my wedding with this agency since July 2022. I first spoke with one of their agents in July and a request for pricing for my wedding in August 2023 with WestJet and aircanada. I took an hour of my time and they “sent the email”. We are now November, I have called them 4 times. They always answer to let you know they’ll call you back, and won’t call you back. Every single time I call I ask “are you sure I’ll get a call back” and nothing. Don’t waste your time, your vacation date will come because they assist you.
