Watch out for the new cash grab! I was told if you don’t buy your tires from there they charge extra to install them because they’re new. Talk about complete none sense.Seems they are taking advantage of those who need their tires installed as the provincial deadline approaches. Been coming here for years. It’s New management now though. Last time here…

When I went there to change my tires, they told me that two of my brakes were finished and that my brake fluid was contaminated.Took my car to a family friend instead and he told me right away that my brakes were just fine and that the line about the brake fluid was utter bull****.If you go there, don't believe anything they tell you.

- Was not informed my appointment was move to a new location.- Was charged for Nitrogen when I did not request it. 3$ per wheel for air!- The mechanic forgot to reinstall the hub cap on the wheels after balancing the wheels.Was happy with the St-Alzear location. That new point of service on the 440 Hwy do not have the same level of service.

Called to get a price on synthetic oil change for a fleet of trucks 2021.Was told that they had no time to calculate how much it would cost.Lack of transparency! Watch outDealer Chartrand ford laval .144.95$ with inspection .

Good service with flexible and polite employees.I called to make an appointment for an oil change. I was told it would be about $40. I arrive to my appointment and the service was fine, although when I went to pay I was being charged $91.This wasn’t a problem though. About a week later, a representative got in contact with me in order to explain and fix the mistake and left me overall satisfied with my service and payment.
