Conceige is very very friendly! Always helpful and ensures the building is safe. The building is clean, updated and always maintained. Great amenities with basketball court and pool.

I am a new owner at Fontana Condominium. I love the neighbors and the neighborhood. Facility is great. We use the multi court and the swimming pool very often. My neighbors and my family play badminton several times a week. The online booking is right at the fingertips. Gym room is relatively large enough to accommodate the tenants. My son goes to Unionville High. He doesn't have to take a long commute to school like before. The surrounding area is quiet and has a lot of green. This location is close to the highway and close to the restaurants. My son can walk to the restaurant in a plaza nearby to eat when we are not home. People has negative comments for the management office but my experience with them was rather pleasant.

We are seeing improvements with the new management team. More recreational activities are being offered, new TV screens are installed to the gym with Wi-Fi now available in the common area. Looking forward to seeing many more positive changes the team will bring to the property.

Beautiful lobby and helpful concierge. I love the amenities here. I don't need a gym membership anymore since have everything I use here. The pool is full sized and clean. The gym is nice and big. They have plenty of visitors parking spaces underground, it makes everything easier when having friends and family over.

worst management ever. They never care for the residents. We booked the multi-court and was planning to play badminton. When we arrived, there was no equipment. That's fine. We can still pay tennis without the equipment setup. but we were told later by the security that we can't play any balls. No equipment times means that you can only dance or do yogurt (but they didn't tell you and they didn't make it clear first). When we booked the court on their website, no place shows the activity schedule and tell you what exactly you can do during the time. Our evening was simply ruined. No mention smoking in the building reported. They look like no ideas how to deal with smoking issue. Smokes continue next day. People have party in the building and make noises until midnight on weekends. The management office doesn't care. Overall, the management office doesn't really know what they are doing and they are not helpful to solve any problems.They take their right over the residents.

Horrible management! 2 weeks ago, the in-suite fire alarm inspection took 2 hours floor by floor! Today has common area fire alarm testing again! Next Monday scheduled other fire alarm testing!!!! Don't mention those false alarm... We all know the alarm are beeping loudly at sudden!If you have heart attack or senior family members don't live here!If you work from home don't live here!Be ready the fire alarm will wake you up at weekend morning!

Their new condo on W 5th literally hangs over the Linc. If you want to live in a noisy, polluted and stressful unit, then this dump is for you. These super tacky developers found the cheapest location, right next to the highway with total disregard to the physical and mental health of their prospective clients. But they don’t care, the owners and their children live in mansions out in the country.

There is mouse feces everywhere in my locker. Not just in my actual locker, but in other lockers in the room. Property manager said that there is nobody he could bring in to clean it up and they will just take measures to try and prevent more mice from coming in.

After reading some of the reviews, I thought the management office team would be unorganized and horrible. To my surprise, the management office team was actually super helpful and friendly. They helped me resolve some questions and inquiries. Even the cleaning staff are super friendly and nice.The gym is pretty decently sized, never had to wait for a workout machine. My absolute FAVORITE part of the condo would be the FULL SIZE basketball court though. Instead of renting courts to play badminton/ basketball, I can save money and play downstairs! Super convenient and close.The location is super convenient, right next to the VIVA bus stop, and you don't hear any noises from the bus stop. It's close by First Markham Place as well, with their variety of Chinese food selection, I can always find something there that I am craving for (I usually crave for Asian food). Since I work in Downtown Toronto, it is super convenient that the condo building is close to two major expressways (404 & 407), so in situations where I need to drive to work, being close to a highway is a huge plus.I would recommend Fontana to a friend or family! Hopefully they move as well!! haha

The new management team is much better than before. There's now Wi-Fi in the party room and common areas. The front-desk security is more diligent and responsive to resident needs. Cleaning has also improved alot in the hallways.
