I'm very pleased by the low prices and high quality of the product, particularly 'specialty' products - flank steak, brisket, chicken livers, whole pork legs... things you can't buy just anywhere.The fruit and veg look like they are buying on the spot from the Ontario Terminal - it's always fresh and high quality.They're also not taking advantage of the pandemic to jack prices; stay away from the big chains and save money here.

I like this friendly clean local butcher shop. I had bough fresh meat . This store is so much better and cheaper than Sanagan’s Meat Locker in Kensington Market!

All their beef,pork,and chicken (especially sirloin tip roast and strip loin steaks)are tops on my list. Chicken breasts are large and great value for the money...As for pork there's always a cut on saleThe produce is fresh and lots of special prices...IService is courteous and when I ask for a special cut it's not refused

Prices can be high, many things sold are from costco at obvious high mark ups but it is small and local so somewhat expected. One of the few spots to get ezzo pepperoni which if you know anything abiut pizza it is exactly what you want. Staff are always super friendly which makes up for the prices.

I love these guys and go every week. Top notch steaks at the best prices in town, GREAT organic chicken, and the staff is so friendly. Plenty of chichi grocery items too at a very reasonable price - the organic eggs are the best I've ever tasted. No lamb usually, but that's not exactly a surprise.

The store is fantastic but this review is about their chestnuts. We were told that they're from Italy.I suspected that judging from the size, they're from Asia. I'm right.Just finished roasting them and they're a huge disappointment. Impossible to remove from the shells. Tasteless and not even close to their European counterparts. I bought Asian chestnuts a few years ago and had the same experience. The difference was the price was half of the European ones. Now they're selling the Asian types at the same price and claiming they are Italian. Also, out of 20 chestnuts, 10 are rotted. C'mon guys, please fix it.

One of my favorite butchers in the city. I'll always have a soft spot for my OG on Bloor West but this location is coming along nicely.They've got a great selection of meat and fish and all the little things that make them taste so much better.Friendly, helpful staff. Killer selection of cheese. Highly recommended.

Courteous and attentive staff. Great variety, and the meat is always fresh. Lots of turnover. They've retained their old-school, first-gen customers, so the prices are good, but they've also made a real effort to carry ingredients my parents wouldn't have seen at their markets -- many different kinds of rice, an impressive cheese station, a great range of cuts of meat. They've made an impressive effort to push through their renovation, AND the pandemic, to keep the neighbourhood eating well. I really like this place.

Super nice place I bought chicken wings from here last night as well as short ribs I bought beans everything high-quality a lot of variety of meats they have a full vegetable and fruit section you can get your pastas you've raised pretty much anything that you need is in this place fish calamari a lot of Portuguese and Brazilian native foods and sauces and spices are available here as well so I really like this place it had shut down because there was a fire but then you location is beautiful it's stacious it's super clean Super organized very nice store with a lot of things One Stop Shop
