Very disappointed. They were very good at selling the products as for support not helpful at all. When i had the tankless hot water installed i specifically asked if my water pressure would change and was told no. As soon as it was installed water pressure changed immediately. I have called and called and promised to get calls back and they never call. So sick of this company. Once of the worst decisions I have made. Would not recommend to anyone.

Purchased a tankless water heater, water cleaner and reverse osmosis system and very happy with the final product! Also got a thermostat and doorbell installed and they work great. 10/10 customer service and professionalism

I feel sorry for all you people who think this company is good. Wait till your equipment goes down. Then that insurance and piece of mind that someone will be there to fix it. Good luck with that. They won't be there for you. Hope your equipment doesn't break down.

Canada's Green Home Solutions was an amazing service experience. The sales representative who came to my house was so polite and very helpful and explained everything in detail and answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable of every step. Also respectful installers. They took off their shoes and made sure everything was to our liking. Left everything clean like nothing happened. I would give this entire experience a 5 star. I am a very happy costumer. :)

Greenhome solutions replaced my old furnace & installed a tankless water heater in January. They were on time & the customer service was very professional. They took away my stress by being able to answer all my questions and the furnace & the water tank are still working great. I’m glad I won’t have to worry about it for years!!

Do not buy from this company. They are a SCAM. I just got scammed by them as they just put a lien on my home for $32,000. TThe work done was $20,000. The contract stipulates monthly payments which I agreed to but they purposely did not withdraw the money so they could tell a judge I didn't pay and used that as justification for the lien. I'm shocked the government allows these crooks to operate. Now my lawyer is involved and sending them a letter. Their address, 1 King St. W, #1400, in Hamilton, On. is probably a mailbox office and empty..Do not deal with these scammers.
