This company and their boat cover product is a huge disappointment.The frame collapsed after just one use, due to several pieces that broke and couldn’t survive winter in Ontario. This caused some damage to the windshield of the boat.The provided rope is too thin and snapped after just one month, I had to buy extra thick ropes to hold the tarp down.I contacted Navigloo and emailed my photos, all they could respond with was blaming me for user error and not installing it correctly because I didn’t use 6 poles…there wasn’t even a 6th pole, I was only provided with 5. No replacement or anything was offered, even though I still have a warranty.Even if I had the 6th pole, it wouldn’t be able to set it secured in the bow, where the surface is angled.The whole frame would have collapsed regardless of the additional pole, the problem was that the plastic material wasn’t strong enough and broke with the wind.They claimed that their frame wasn’t designed for harsh winters, this company is located in Quebec, where the winter is just as bad or worse than Ontario, and they didn’t realize their product would be used in the winter condition here?There’s a one year warranty that’s a complete rip off. They won’t replace any pieces that break after it’s used, even if it’s within a year of purchase, isn’t that the whole point of a warranty?It’s one thing to have a flawed product, but the terrible customer service brings this to another level. The least they could do is provide me with replacement parts, but they were just full of lame excuses and refused to offer anything.I’ve read other people’s reviews and I’m not the only one that have experienced this, I wish I took that review for word and avoided purchasing the Navigloo cover.Now I’m left with a damaged windshield on the boat and the wasted money I paid on this lousy product.

Le concept est bon mais la qualité des ancrages de plastique est mauvais. Des que tu mets un peu de tension sur les cordes, l anneau de plastique se brise

I bought the tarp last year 2022 when I received it grommets were either missing or brokenThe company sent me a bag of press grommetsOn April first this year I ordered a storage bag for my tarp and 100ft of extra rope the total including shipping was $103.00On April 15th i received my order but the storage bag was missingOn April 17th I contacted the company was treated rudely by everyone I talked to was told I would have the bag shipped out that day they refunded my shipping cost but I have yet to receive my bag the company says the order has shipped Fed Ex says it has not been receivedDO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i bought my tarp from Canadian Tire and had to wait for it to be shipped to the storeit seems like they don't careTHE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT!!!!!!
