Transfer to Digital

I received excellent service from Jason at Transfer to Digital. I had a few DVDs that needed converting to MP4. I dropped them off and by the time I returned to my desk at home, I had an email waiting for me with a link to download the converted file. Additionally, I had made a mistake and asking for the wrong DVD to be converted and they converted the correct version for me at no charge. I have decided that I'll be bringing them more business by going into my personal VHS library and getting all those videos converted now too. Great company - very responsive and great value. Definitely recommend them.

I have been putting off transferring our family memories for YEARS due to fear that they would get damaged or lost by a company I chose to go with. These guys have provided absolutely amazing service and went above and beyond every step of the way. If you have old tapes sitting around, use this business and have them transferred!!! You will not regret it.

Very much happy with the services that I received from Transfer to Digital. I needed to have a DVD documentary converted to MP4. When I walked in I wasn’t sure what I asking for I explained what I needed and that I needed to email the link. Turns out it’s called MP4!! My slides had been sitting around in damp conditions for 20+ years before I finally decided to sort through them and have some transferred to a digital file. Transfer to Digital did an amazing job with these slides which I had felt might not be salvageable. And, surprisingly, the cost was so reasonable!

Jason saved and transferred a beat up CD for me, and charged a very reasonable fee. He was thorough, efficient and patient, and respected how important those files were to me. Great vibe, great work.

I had nearly 20 old home video tapes that I've never seen and TtD was able to convert them all to digital files so I will have them forever! I requested them for Christmas and they went above and beyond to ensure I would get them all in time.Having these videos is so special to me and I can't wait to surprise the rest of my family with these cherished memories!!I can't recommend this service highly enough!

Spectacular service; good resultsWe wanted to have 20 VHS tapes converted to digital and after lots of research, we chose Transfer to Digital. Their services were better priced compared to the two other competitor quotes we got and the reviews were good.The entire experience from quotation, digitizing, to actually picking up our tapes and the digital copy was a very pleasant one.Our quote accurately laid out the scope of work and estimated timeframe, providing a good cost estimate with us bringing our own media (USB drive). The final bill was very close to the originally quoted amount which was good to see.The staff were very knowledgeable and professional, they even labelled each tape in order with the digitized files we received on the USB drive and packaged them all back nicely.You may be a bit turned off at first by the building (older industrial building with little to no parking), but don't let that discourage you.Most important of all, the quality of the digitized video was phenomenal - equivalent to watching on a good quality VHS machine, if not way better!For the few places that specialize in these types of transfers, Transfer to Digital sure did deliver on what they promised and we are having a great time watching 25+ year old tapes with our family.PS: If anyone is asking about time frame for 20 tapes, in our case we were quoted about 3-4 weeks at the height of the x-mas season and picked them up at 3 weeks.
