Premium Dock & Marine Systems

this was my first time using Premium Docks but I assure you it wont be my last. My sales rep Gibby" was an amazing contact the whole way through. The cost for the project was fair for the quality of the product. Being in the construction industry I really appreciated the quality product that I received. I feel like the material and hardware is all top notch. They delivered the dock on time

From the first day, Sean was amazing to work with. He met us on site and discussed all the details of our new dock. The dock was installed on time and for less than what was quoted. The service provided by Sean was above and beyond what would be normally expected. He was always ready to answer any questions we had. He even came back and installed cleats and a swim ladder after the dock was installed, at no charge to us. I would recommend Premium Docks to anyone looking to get a new dock installed. You can't get better service!!!

Highly recommend Premium Dock &Marine. In spring 2021 they installed a substantial, stable, and secure dock on our difficult Parry Sound area shoreline. They also provide winterization service. The cost for high quality construction, installation, and service was well worth it. We are very happy! Thanks guys.

Premium Dock exceeded our expectations in every way. We spoke to Rob Metcalfe, the owner, about adding 4 huge 1-inch eyebolts and 2 350-lb anchors to our existing floating dock to hopefully prevent the damage that happens every spring when the ice breaks up. I was so impressed by his knowledge and the quality of his work that I also ordered a 12x16-ft extension to our existing floating dock.The difference in quality between the Premium dock and our current dock (consisting of 3 connected sections from Rona) is staggering. The pressure treated wood on the Rona dock sections is submerged in the water. The Premium dock has all its wood well above the water, so it will never rot. The Rona dock sections use SM foam for flotation, which has already been chewed up by beavers, while the Premium dock sections use closed cells that are of no interest to beavers or other critters. The Premium dock sections use far more galvanized brackets and backing plates as well as galvanized stove bolts than the Rona docks, ensuring that the wood is subject to much less stress and potential failure. The quality difference is obvious and profound.When Doug, Cole and Chad attempted delivery in May, the ground was too muddy to get the dock extension and trailer to the water. The effort they put into it was amazing, but mother nature won. Three weeks later, with the help of Arnold Crossman, local backhoe genius, we managed to get the 12x16-ft extension and 2 350-lb anchors in the water.Customer service is also excellent. After the installation, I needed to drill an additional hole in the granite rock face for a lake level gauge, and Rob loaned me his rock drill and drill bit free of charge. Now that is a very thoughtful extra that creates customer loyalty.Rob's team completed the installation, and we could not be happier. If only every contractor was this capable and had such high standards. These guys are the best.

Totally impressed. Rob, the owner was great to deal with and Doug and his installation team were friendly, courteous and great to work with. Both Rob and Doug had great ideas. The dock’s been in for 10 days and it’s a fabulous party. Had 12 for cocktails and you couldn’t tell you weren’t on land as there was so little movement. Many neighbours have come by to tell us how great it looks. Thx to the whole crew

In a word, Premium Docks were awesome! It started with Rob coming out to give us a quote which was both fair and extremely quick for the install! The crew came out on time and did an amazing job with our ramp system for our large 12‘ x 40‘ dock. They were done superquick and cleaned up everything after! This spring, our docks were destroyed by high water and high winds. Premium Docks came out to assess (Shawn & Keith). They found the perfect solution for us, taking out the crib, and installing two 24' ramps and a 30'x4' floating dock. Two 650lb anchors and four 350lb anchors have already been tested by high winds and waves. The very capable crew installed in 1 day. Well done, guys! Thank you Premium Docks. I’ve dealt with Premium docks twice at two different locations. Both times the experience has been fantastic. Keith, and Doug and his crew of young men were excellent problem solvers and exceptionally hard workers. The docks are well made to stand up to the demands of big water, waves, and wind. They don’t mess around and get right to work and leave the property free of any construction debris. A wonderful experience! I highly recommend them.

We purchased a new dock for our cottage last fall, and it was installed this spring.Keith was the sales representative we dealt with. He came to our water access cottage last fall and made great recommendations for our new dock. Later, we had some misgivings about the location of the ramp, and Keith was very responsive about making the changes we wanted. He came back to our cottage this spring to review the design changes with my wife and I. He was patient and understanding and we were pleased with the final design.The team installed our dock this April. It was a very windy and blustery day and the team struggled to get things right. Despite the difficult conditions, they persisted and did a great job.We are very pleased with the great new dock we have. Premium Docks and Keith were great to work with. Not cheap, but a fantastic product. We would highly recommend them.
