Broken dough hook on our much used Bosch blender. Pleasantly surprised to find a replacement in our Province, and competitively priced too. Ordered Friday - shipped the same day and arrived Sunday. We can resume making bread sooner than expected Thank you for the excellent service.

I have had the best experience shopping at Nakagama's. I am pleased with everything I purchased from there, but am most impressed with the customer service. All my many questions were answered promptly with no upselling, just really honest. Good prices and prompt delivery. I have purchased 2 times form Nakagama's and will continue to do so.

Ordered mixer parts on Friday, had them shipped at my home by Monday. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I hope that I don't need replacement parts again soon, but if I do, I know where I'll be getting them from!
