I have worked for this company for 11 long years and most of staff is nice and professional but some senior staff in Sample reception department are rude and so unprofessional. If you never get bully by your senior in school or college thn sample reception in Burnaby is the department to work to get that experience and I have never seen management to do anything about this.

We have stopped taking our business to Maxxam. Some of the project managers don't return phone calls (Namita). Orders are frequently unfulfilled or contain errors.ALS Is significantly cheaper and has better customer service.
