a good shop with lots of options for our two-man household.we get all of our beauty/grooming products from this store through their online storefront as we're based in AB. they have a huge selection of items from brands we've discovered over the years - it's really nice to have it all available in one place. better customer service than sephora and it's nice to support a small business. products aren't cheap but you typically get what you pay for in that regard. also - very responsive customer service when emailing with questions about specific brands/items. we will continue to shop here.

I have ordered from Masc twice, and they are by far the fastest small e-commerce site I have ordered from. My last order was shipped the same day I ordered and I received it in 2 days. Masc has also given me some free samples and a hand written note on both orders. I would highly recommend!

Bought the Supply Marble Lathering Bowl a couple of months ago. This thing is amazing. It’s what I would call a lathering machine. The secret is to warm up the bowl with hot water then drain it. Put 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of your favourite soft shave soap into the bottom of the bowl. Mash the soap into the ridges. Add a little water and with your finger dissolve the soap into a slurry. With a slightly damp synthetic brush, whip the soap into an incredible lather in about 30 seconds. This bowl is amazing. I found 1/4 tsp of shave soap was enough for a 3 pass shave.

We ordered online and picked up in store. It was fast, pleasant and it was pleasantly surprising to find the handwritten note and samples inside. The store itself was really fun to explore - a lot of products that we had seen online but not in stores before. Pretty much every thing we picked up smelled amazing. Look forward to coming back.

I was recently shopping online for a men's grooming kit and made a point of selecting a local store, and not a mega heartless, soulless e-store like Amazon or the likes. So happy I did! Got immediate confirmation via email, as well as my receipt, and tracking number. The package arrived within the time frame that was advertized along with a personalized thank you note and a couple of samples. Amazing!
