I found Gilbert chan on Google a few years ago to sell my condo and decided to try out his services based on his amazing reviews.I remember he was fast, professional, and very knowledgeable.Fast forward to now when we were ready to purchase again, I reached out to Gilbert and he delivered the same amazing service I got when I sold the first.If you are new to purchasing or selling your home, I would suggest reaching out to him.When I purchased my first place, the notary used definitely did not explain everything as clearly as Gilbert did for me. I will continue using his service for future purchases.

Gilbert was absolutely a pleasure to work with! He helped with the conveyance for the sale of our current home and purchase of our new one. He handled everything with so much knowledge, expertise and had great communication throughout the entire process. When we came in to sign documents, he even took the time to walk through it page by page with us and answered all our questions. He was such a joy to work with and I’d highly recommend him. Gilbert Chan is different from any other notary that I've used in the past for a home purchase. He really takes his time to walk you through and answer any questions that you may have, and makes sure that you are completely aware of everything you need to be. And where as other notaries may not be as helpful or give you a flat no on certain requests, Gilbert always is extremely accommodating, even when I had some last minute requests.
