I’ve been getting my hair done with Pietra for years now and im always so happy with the service! She’s extremely knowledgeable when it comes to deciding what colour/style will work best with my hair and is always up for helping me bring my new hair ideas to life. I would highly recommend this salon!

Can't recommend this salon enough! It is always an absolute pleasure getting my hair done by Pietra. She is wonderful, friendly, professional and always does amazing work. I have long, thick, wavy hair and get balayage done, so it's usually a 4-5 hour appointment and it's the best self-care time to just relax, enjoy great conversation, and feel my best walking out of there with freshly highlighted hair!

Walked in and Sherry accommodated me. She was very nice and did such a great job on my hair even if it was just a trim. She took her time to make sure that my hair looked the best before leaving.

This has been my salon for maybe 5 years now, since a coworker recommended Pietra. She does such an amazing job every time. She really takes the time to do small sections so it doesn't look chunky. She always listens to what I'm thinking and then gives her honest feedback if she knows it won't look as good or what will work better. I had my hair done Friday and went to a wedding on Saturday, I got so many compliments on the colour and shape. I'm always happy with the result and happy to recommend Pietra.

It was very difficult to book an appointment with this Salon. Called 3 times on 3 different occasions, left a message and still no body got back. Finally emailed and got a reply explaining how busy they are and referred me to another stylist. The referred stylist did not have a portfolio which I didn't have the confidence to book as I don't know his/ her level of experience. This salon need to improve their customer service.

Larissa was spectacular. Gave me exactly the cut I wanted, super friendly and just did an amazing job. Price was very very reasonable and she explained everything before doing it. She was focused on her client in front of her and does everything herself from start to finish unlike some salons that have two people working on you because they want to move onto the next client. Highly recommend this place. I haven’t loved a haircut like I did today in years.
