This company deserves 10 stars. They went above and beyond when I was in a tough spot. They waited 30min after closing for me to pick up a car. Amazing service, I will be returning and I definitely recommend this company. The pricing is great as well.

Great customer service, this past weekend I rented a car that was brand new to go out of town and it ended up having a mechanical issue while I was out of town (no fault of anyones) and I called Hertz, Larry had already went home for the day but he went back to work to resolve this problem for me. The tow was there in under 10 minutes, what could have been a nightmare was all handled very efficiently and quickly. Big recommendation.

I needed a rental this morning last minute due to Enterprise cancelling my online booking reservation - Larry at Hertz was accommodating and responded to my emails quickly. I was able to get a car within the hour and was $80.00 cheaper than Enterprise!

Very rude agent at this location. He is reluctant to assist with simple functions, like adding a driver to a rental. HE WILL NOT ADD A DRIVER, despite corporate head office saying he is able to.Avoid this agency at all costs!!!

Good service. Hard to find the place because it is in the Mitsubishi dealer.They even accepted that we bing the car after Hertz business hours, the Mitsubishi staff took care of us.
