This Trip started out as a nightmare. However when the kind,friendly manager came to meet us to deal with the issues he listened to all of our concerns was generally concerned for our injured family member. All while try to accommodate us the best he could. The beds are the best beds I've ever slept in, in any hotel. Some much needed emprovements and renovations in the pool area are required immediately, if coming here with intention of using the pool bring some good no slip pool shoes!

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was extremely accomindating and welcoming. Beds were super comfy and waterslide/pool/hot tub was fantastic!! Breakfast was also top knotch!

Best hotel in lloyd that debit can buy. Rooms were clean and modern, waterslide/pool area was expansive, and staff were friendly what more could be asked. -1 star for restaurant being closed

This was actually a really nice place to stay and eat in. The room was excellent clean compfy and was able to know what channels I could watch instead of guessing which channel the hotel has for cable like most hotels. the food was really great the only thing that they could improve on is maybe the pressure for the shower head was really hard to have a shower with barely any pressure coming out shower head and I am not a bath person so I really would like if they improved that next time I go out there for work cause i would come back to stay there

We stayed for the weekend for a softball tournament. The staff was great and accommodating. Easily accessible through text messages. Breakfast was great.

The staff have been very friendly and accommodating! Pet friendly with a fee but reasonable. I've stayed in 2 different rooms during my stay. The double queen is economical but comfortable. The king room was really nice and roomy. It is unfortunate that the restaurant closes so early.

Stayed here with a U9 hockey team. Great experience. Clean rooms, awesome water slide/pool and excellent breakfast.
