I have been going to Margaret to well over 10 years and have always been 100% satisfied with the quality and service. She has done alterations for me as well as custom draperies and has always completed the work in record time and at very good prices. In reading some of the other reviews I can't help but be surprised at the negative comments because I can't reconcile the comments with my own experiences. I have recommended Margaret to friends and family who have all been pleased with the work that she does. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for alterations or custom work.

My experience here and with Margaret herself has been exceptional! I needed a bridesmaid dress for my daughter altered (a lot of alterations really on an extremely formal floor length dress with different layers). The outcome (after just one fitting) was perfect! The alterations were done quickly (as promised) and the price was right (not expensive at all for the work done). On to needing my own dress altered for the same upcoming wedding and without a doubt I will be trusting Margaret to do those alterations as well. Highly recommend using Margaret Alterations for any of your needs.

Margaret is absolutely phenomenal. I can't say enough about how great she is. Another place had quoted be double what Margaret did to do alterations for my wedding dress and I am beyond thrilled with how perfect everything turned out. She definitely knows what she is doing, is reasonably priced and most importantly honest. I would hands down recommend her to anyone requiring alterations :)

Margaret did an amazing job on my bridesmaid dress. I am new to Burlington and read great reviews of her. When I came in, the dress was very oversized and she made the dress fit perfectly. I will definitely go back to her again. She is quick and her prices are very reasonable. Thanks Margaret!

My experience and working with Margaret was a dream! My wedding dress looked amazing and like it was always supposed to look like that from the beginning. She made the process super easy and got things done in a timely manner! Will definitely go to her again for future alterations.

My husband and I have been using Margaret for a few years for very simple to very complex alterations. She is a true professional and has always delivered beyond our expectations. We have recommended (and will continue to recommend) her to all of our friends and family. Margaret has great attention to detail and has never missed a promised deadline. Finding a good seamstress can be hard. Finding a great seamstress is impossible. Margaret is a great seamstress!

Margaret did amazing work altering my wedding dress to fit my body. I can’t say enough about the time and care she put towards her work on my dress. She was very accommodating and wanted to make sure it was perfect, and it was! Would highly recommend and I am so grateful and glad that I came to Margaret for such a special job.
