PolyLEVEL Alberta stabilized my sinking driveway several years ago and did a very good job. There were a few cracks which they offered to fill but we decided to leave it as it was. Several years later the cracks grew bigger and we requested that they be filled. PolyLEVEL went above and beyond and fit us in between other jobs and were willing to complete the service at no charge.Christian and Dave were the technicians who filled the cracks today. They were very professional and courteous, knowledgeable, and did a great job.Really appreciate the excellent support and customer service. I would most certainly recommend PolyLEVEL!Thank you!

After some recent lifting of our garage pad, I needed some cracked concrete levelled and sealed. The estimator came out promptly. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Jayden and Laura were very friendly and did a great job with some grinding and sealing. It looks good. The work was done quickly and for a reasonable price. Would recommend.

We were searching around for a company to repair our migrating concrete driveway pad, walkway and front door steps. Dan from PolyLEVEL came out and gave us a free estimate, Dan explained everything in their process, including different concrete repair options and also other restorative options including concrete sealing. After watching some videos and listening to Dan's detailed presentation of the differences between polyleveling vs mud jacking, we chose polyleveling for the less invasive procedure and also for the long term stability of poly over mud jacking. On the day of the repair, Jeric and Russel showed up early and introduced themselves, they explained the process to be completed and within minutes they were fixing things up for us. The entire job was completed in approximately an hour. As you can see from the attached before and after photos, the crew did a fantastic repair job, our driveway and steps look great once again. The guys doing the work were quick and professional in getting the job done.Q and Rob were easy to work with. They explained that they couldn’t seal the top as the concrete inside was in too bad of shape. Will be able to properly finish this job later this summer. Thanks guys I’m happy with this job. I was immediately impressed when I called to schedule an appt.They were very professional, polite and friendly.When Bob arrived to provide a quote I was even more impressed, again the professionalism shown, the care and consideration of our specific needs were addressed and within an hour we had a quote with a drawing mapping everything out for us. Super cool.The process for us was 2 visits, on the 1st visit Jon and Steve looked after the cleaning and prep of the concrete. Not only were they professional, they were knowledgeable, polite and also I believe Steve was in training. Jon was a fabulous leader and they worked very well together.Second visit was for the lift and concrete seal.....wow! This was completed by Hugo, Oliver and Dave, and they were simply amazing. Hugo is an outstanding leader, you could clearly see the respect his Team has for him and with that, they worked like a well oiled machine. Polylevel responded quickly to our request for a quote on having our driveway lifted up to where it joined the garage slab, and also lifting the sidewalk up to our front step. Alex did an excellent job describing the process to us, very informative and courteous, and a had a quote for us very promptly. When Hugo and Olivier came to do the work we had requested, they answered all our questions and were very efficient, and quickly and professionally got the job done. They also did a great job cleaning up, and informed us that another crew would come the next day to do the crack repairs and sealing. What an amazing process and great staff!

We were very happy with the work we had done by Q and Rob. Quick, efficient, quality work. They were able to fix a 3 inch drop of our front step and now it looks good as new!

I will recommend polylevel for the fine job today and the crew of Q,Oli,and Evan did with my long sidewalk in a tight area.Very professional and polite.They really knew what to do.I was amazed at how they got set up and finished in a couple of hours.

Make these guys your first call. It started with a quote and professionalism that blew other quotes out of the water. Then I get a call saying when they should be here and they were right on time. Q & Evan did an exceptional job with the lift on the driveway. The drive way had dropped over three inches and they got it all level. Then the next team, Jon & Andrew came to seal up all the cracks so it will look hot for a long time. Worth every penny having this company do the work.
