Jared managed to find us an air conditioner for our home during a heat wave and was quick to respond our concerns. His team was honest, helpful and responsive when we had some technical issues after the install. highly recommend!

our AC could not turn on so we got referred to air stream for repair. it took the technician 3 hours ($400CAD)to find out the AC has power issues that he had to referred us to find an electrician at the end!! So we paid 3 hours of labour for nothing . what a waste! At the end we found another AC technician , only took him less than1 hour to find out the problem and our AC got fixed. please hire well trained , professional experienced technician who does not burn your time for labour cost !

It's been a frustrating journey since our AC stopped working last summer and I contacted Air Steam for an inspection. There have been many tech visits and items replaced since then. When a technician visited the site to do a repair, something else would stop working. We replaced the condenser, sensors, blower motor, circuit board, and more sensors. In addition, we were dissatisfied with the company's follow-up. lets not forget the huge bill.

Excellent service!! Good communications with service department. Technician arrived at scheduled time and fixed issue to my satisfaction. Airstream technician knew exactly what needed to be done. I'll be using Airstream's services with confidence in doing regular preventive maintenance on my heating and cooling equipment.

A+++Jared installed the system in the home. I have several spaces , around 10 all hooked up to one thermostat. Each space is perfectly controlled.Also, he is a very pleasant person to be around.

Airstream Htg & Aircon did a superb job fixing our residential hvac system. We had ongoing problems for several months, with several suppliers. Airstream's super tecnician, Kevin, assessed the situation accurately, followed up timely, with thorough repairs, in a most professional fashion to our great satisfaction.We cannot complement Kevin enough to renew our Carrier system the way it should be. Thanks to all involved!
