About 3 years ago I left a 5 star review. Carter has been my go-to body shop for 30 years, and always did a perfect job. Not so last time. The repair was minor, a rear bumper fix and paint. The new paint color was noticeably off, the chrome strip was reinstalled broken and the lower skirt was not refitted properly. The manager said the color was good enough, insisted the vehicle came in with a broken strip, and offered to refit the lower skirt. This response unfortunately moves this shop into a category of I could go anywhere else and expect no worse." 3 star at best."

I went to this shop recommended by someone and they seemed to be so annoyed that I went there. The manager at the shop doesn’t know what courtesy means. I have some questions and he was annoyed by my enquiries. I ended getting it paint and fix somewhere else. Manager if you reading this be better or find something new to do.

Very satisfied with everything from the helpful and friendly receptionist and Mike who really new about my rare car to the excellent job they did to repair it. Would definitely use again if needed and would have no hesitation in reccomending to family and friends.

Huge thanks to Mike, Steve and the crew at Carter Body Shop. Dropped my truck off for repairs. Everything went smooth, staff very friendly, takes the time to answer questions and explain. Most of the reviews for this place are for the previous Carter Bodyshop and should be removed. Now they'll work on anything, unless it's a car the owner wants to keep that was actually made in Canada and sold up the road. Rude management and in business solely for a quick buck in the late-model market of foreign vehicles you'll be looking to dump in 6 months or a year.
