Bright store, friendly staff. I love the winery service they offer. It makes bottling wine so easy. A machine to sterilize 30 bottles at once; you can fill two bottles at once and it fills to exactly the right level; a slick corking machine; a handy wooden frame to set the bottle in while you apply the wine labels; a handy heat tool to apply the shrink wraps to the tops. The wheeled carts make it easy to transport your bottles to and from your vehicle. Highly recommend.

Amazing place for begginers AND more advanced wine makers! Staff was super knowledgable and so helpful with such a great attitude. Made the experience awesome and this will be my regular place to make wine from now on! Might even try beer or ciders next time.

They were very friendly people, my husband said, and he bought very expensive wine kits and what we got back was the quality of the cheapest wine kit in the world. He has made his own wine forbover 20 years. Will never use them again. Figure it out.

I have made my own wine from kits for over thirty years. But I'm getting close to being 90 years young and I thought I would ask the people at Water 'N' Wine what was involved in accepting their offer to have them make my wine for me.A month ago, my wife and I dropped in and a lovely lady, Carol, hopefully I remember her name correctly, said all I had to do was choose my wine concentrate, and everything after that she would do until we came back to bottle it, or, in my case, put it in bags and box it. All I asked was she not use the sulphites in the kit, to which she immediately aquiesced. I find not using them allows people who cannot drink red wine for fear of headaches, can drink my wine.Carol told me that, as a newbie at this process, she would for the first time, forgive the regular fifty dollars fee for the process. What a generous offer I could not reject!So yesterday at an appointed day and hour, we returned with our bags, boxes and bung/taps.Carol was ready with my carboy of Malbec and, magically in fifteen minutes and with so much less effort than I have had to use over the many years, together with her, my wine became boxed and ready to take home and sip along with dinner.I have experienced Dan and his staff while purchasing concentrates over the years and have had nothing but a very friendly reception and help. I live some way away, so I do not use this store all the time, but I do if I am in the area. Now, having experienced their making my wine, when we downsize and move closer to the city, I will be using them often.I have nothing but praise for Water 'N' Wine and those who own and work there. Thank you all very, very much!By the way, the wine is as good as I make it!
