I recently got into a running the red light accident where I was issued Demerit points and a ticket. I turned into X-COPS in order for them to resolve my issue and I am glad that I did! I am extremely satisfied with my result using X-COPS and in particular with Vlad Stetsyk. I was issued a ticket in May of last year and felt that there were circumstances contributing to it that were out of my control. I have had a perfect driving record for 54 years and hated to loose 2 points for this ticket. Being an international student it’s scary when you end up in situation where you have been charged with speeding offence. I had been caught with 45 over on high way speeding and been given a fine that I had thought I paid but didn't go through much later I got caught speeding with 15 over and my car and license was taken from me and I was charged with driving under suspension which would have resulted in me losing my license for 6 months many demerits and terrible insurance increase, vlad and his team took my case and dealt with it aiming for the best possible result and they got it. Got a ticket out in Caledon for failure to stop, and ended up selecting early resolution as my option but did not know what to do from there when I would eventually meet with the prosecutor. I called X cops to get some insight on this situation where i ended up speaking to Vlad on the phone who was extremely knowledgeable and courteous in taking my call and discussing the option. In the future, I would definitely go with a service like X cops over based off the probabilities of a desirable outcome as opposed to going the early resolution route but I did not have this foresight prior to my call. Despite this after speaking with Vlad I was put in a position to make the best out of the situation going the early reseloution route.
