If you don’t really care about great customer service then you definitely have to visit here as I will admit they carry nice items. The few times I stopped by the lady was chatting with a friend twice at other times she seemed a bit bothered with my questions (I had questions because the concept of consignment stores was new to me at the time). It’s in my neighbourhood but and even though I see nice things on the window I don’t visit anymore as I’m not completely sure I’m welcome in the store.

2nd time in and 2nd time the owner was too busy on the phone to greet us. Nice stuff but I suggest dedicating some effort to communicating with your potential customers or, like us, they'll just move on.

From the outside it looks like they have good quality stuff. I bought a little black dress from there and when I got home and Googled the brand (never heard of it before) it came up as being sold at Walmart for cheaper than what I paid!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I thought consignment stores were meant to sell good quality, name brand clothing. Would have been better off at the Thrift Store.

I went to drop off some clothing items. The lady then told me that there are several labels they will not take. After pawing through my items she said she could not take anything. I was embarassed because I had to leave with everything.I feel like when I called a month and a half ago to make the appointment they should have told me their policy and it would have saved me my time.

They took my articles of clothing. That is the nicest thing to say.I called them about 1 month after to ask how much I had sold. One of the two women, said she'd get that info to me. One week passed and I had to call again. I got an email a couple of days later but it followed up with a phone call message that stated Why are you calling

The lady behind the counter was far more interested in talking with her friend than engaging me, the customer. I actually began friendly conversation with her, commenting on her sneezes while she was walking back to the counter and she said ‘hi’ and then blatantly ignored me and began talking again with her friend.

Love shopping here! Perfect stop for your downtown Cloverdale adventures. Not only do I love purchasing from them but I always have great luck with my consigned items that I bring in! The owner is super friendly and has the best taste in fashion. She is always quick to help me whenever I ask for it. I’ve been a customer for a while, and will continue to be as long as they are around. Their business is a staple for the heart of Cloverdale!
