If I could give 6 stars, I would!From every point of view, Westend Piano excelled...honest information, top-quality work (tuning, cleaning, moving, installation), reliable and punctual.I would highly recommend Westend Piano to all!

On-time, organized, measured my piano and the locations I was moving from and to thoroughly and accurately. Very experienced & professional piano-moving company that I would recommend to anyone! They also have access to specialized equipement and didn't leave any scratches on my wood floors or tiles.I had switched over to West-end Piano Movers in mid-move because the other piano mover increased the ratenhe had originally quoted me by $100 and that upset me. Look no further than Rick & Phil who can handle just about any job. Very impressive!On top of it, they are very nice guys.

Best pianos north of the Mississippi - 10/10 would shop at again

I have one of Doug's pianos at my home and I have played others of his in concerts and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else in town. The whole family are great people that do awesome work, and when anybody asks me about pianos in Montreal this is where I send them.

We bought a piano from Westend last month. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the service we received. They were very professional and honest when presenting their inventory that matched our budget. The lady who helped us pick out our piano (a brown Estey console ) was extremely patient as I went from piano to piano until my decision was finally reached. The piano was delivered a little over a week after the purchase because the owner insisted on sanding down a water stain to make it look like new (which they did beautifully, no sign of the water stain left!). The delivery itself was quick and on time.I highly recommend Westend piano. Our experience with this Montreal company was very positive, from beginning to end.

Great movers! They were quick and professional! Even though there was a wall of snow around and the street wasn't cleared, they managed gracefully.

Excellent. I just bought a concert grand piano from them and everything went perfectly. After they delivered the piano, I immediately played it for an hour, enjoying the absolute beauty of its sound in my home. Then I took apart the action to have a closer look at the inner parts: flawless work! Westend Pianos gets my highest recommendation.

Westend Piano doesn't represent any particular brand. They repair and rebuild piano. The shop is extensive and there is nothing that they can't rebuild. The parking is very limited. Call and set an appointement before going on for a visit. When I went, the showroom was not impressive in terms of quantity. For what we discussed, prices were reasonable but they didn't have what I was looking. What they rebuild is already sold hence the limited choice on the floor. They firmly believe in Steinway and Heintzmann particularly before WWII. Mr Yeats is very knowledgeable and we had a great conversation about piano and I could tell that he is passionate about it. He shared his honest opinion and support it with technical explanation.If you are looking for a high quality piano at an affordable price (like half the price for a Steinway), a good brand rebuilt piano is a very solid option and Westend Piano might be on the top of your list.I would suggest to call Westend Piano, tell them what you are looking for and they will be able to tell you if they have what you are looking for on the floor.
