Great gym! Always clean and great staff. Especially love Alyssa in the childminding. She takes great care of the kids and is always friendly. The kids are always asking to go see her because they have such a good time!

This company has now made me very unhappy as first off I’m told by employees that my membership expired in January yet I had signed up in December and now they think they can debit my bank account and take money 2 days in a week of same amount so basically steal food from my children’s mouths. I get the one payment but not 2’within a day of each other of same amount. With that happening I will not go back as well as I now have to fight with my bank to have the one payment reversed as that was money for food for my children. I will not recommend this gym to anyone because of what they have done.

Everything I was looking for in a gym.As a commuter, it’s nice to have a gym with good showers, that’s on the way to work. I love the Hoist gym equipment, which keeps your form good and prevents improper form. Great for beginners.I also love the advanced equipment and the stair machine.They offer some supplements and clothes.Great smoothies too!

Been going here for a few months, almost every day. The staff are amazing and very welcoming. All the gym members are great. Would highly recommend this gym!

What a great gym! The staff are so kind and nice, and it is such a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere! As soon as you walk in, Wendy at the front desk always says Hi!". Katelyn (the Spin instructor) is so engaging

This is a great gym for people of all fitness levels. They are welcoming, friendly and very helpful, also a smoothie bar to replenish your muscles after a workout.
