My boyfriend booked a tire change appointment for 12pm today. He dropped off his car and walked around the area while he waited for his tires to be changed. 2 hours pass by, he decided to return to the location to see why it is taking long. Checking his car, it was still at the same spot he left it, untouched. Tires were still not changed until he asked after waiting for 2 whole hours. Manager's reasoning (Dante) was that they were understaffed. I would completely understand however not letting us know while he is waiting for 2 hours is unacceptable. If he hadnt checked up on them, it would have taken longer. Very disappointing service and do not recommend! Will not return and will warn others.

Brought my car in for brakes and rotors, turn around and availability was quick. Jason worked on my car and he did a spot on job and went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable and suggested future repairs! Highly recommend them!

I had a tire that had a chunk of metal stuck in it that I picked up near a construction site. Went to Mr. Lube to get it patched because nothing else was open. They told me it couldn't be fixed and I would need to buy a new tire. So I brought it to Kal Tire. Not only were they able to fix it in about 5 minutes, they didn't even charge me for the service. Excellent place and excellent staff.

Mark has helped me twice , once to help me pick my winter tires. Which were amazing through this past winter we had he did not miss with guidance of the proper snow tires.2nd time was today where he went above and beyond to assist me with a alignment that another shop didn’t do properly.I just wat want to say thank you mark , keep up the great work I will definitely bring all my rides to you!This was work done in my 2022 Tesla

Do not get Nokian tires. They’re absolute garbage. 50% tread left and all dry rot on the edges. Not just 1 set, 3 sets. Pure trash. Not worth getting them replaced with warranty. They charge you full retail price on tire and to mount and balance. Found a small local shop that is much more reasonably priced!

Stopped by randomly because I lost a lug nut, they were super helpful and very kind and were able to double check my tires no problem! I'll be keeping them in mind for future appointments!

Made an appointment for 10:30 for tire swap. Staff said it’ll be 30-45mins only. Vehicle got in 10:45am, then at 11:30 it was brought out again while the personnel put some air on it and parked it outside. Staff told me, that it is next in line for alignment. Looking at the clock, 12:10 and guess what I’m still waiting and watching my vehicle to move from its spot. Wondering what time I finished? 12:40pm! UNBELIEVABLE! It wasn’t even busy at all.

I came in to this location last week to get tires and had a fantastic experience with the girl at the front desk! Not only was she very friendly, she also helped me to find tires for my vehicle and seemed very knowledgeable! I highly recommend Jasmine at Kal-Tire at the St.James location!

When you’re go there for service. Check your vehicle. Properly I’ve been good. Replace my tire there. Make a scratch on my door.

Had my vehicle towed to the St. James location after they were closed and called them when they opened the next morning. My flat tire had sidewall damage and was unrepairable. Despite no warning and no appointment, my vehicle was ready to go an hour later. Friendly, no hassle service. I will definitely try them for other service next time.
