Assurance Heating and Cooling
Brandon installed our new gas stove and did an excellent job. This was not a straight forward installation, it needed a 3/4 flex gas line and had to be fit into a small area so the stove was able to push all the way to the wall. We now have his cell number saved in our phone so we can contact him if/when we need any HVAC or gas related repairs or installs. He took the time to answer our questions and give us the guidance we needed

Thank you and kudos to Brandon and Assurance Heating & Cooling. Wow. He quickly identified and repaired of our 4-year-old heading system. A problem the original installing company didn't have time for - probably because it was on 4 years old, and they installed it! He was responsive, straightforward, and honest! Even ran to Waterloo to get the warranty part! I am recommending Brandon and Assurance 100% to everyone and anyone I know with a heating problem in Guelph, Kitchner, Waterloo, and Cambridge! They are a rare find in these days of poor service and arrogant responsiveness.

I cannot say enough good about Brandon and his company. I called him with an emergency at 9:30 pm on Thursday and he answered his phone cheerfully and willing to help me out immediately. He went to our house and diagnosed the problem that night.He returned the next morning and had it fixed within an hour. He is reasonably priced and gives you so much value for the work he does. He communicated with me the entire time and was very upfront and transparent with the entire job. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone needing anything HVAC related.

I recently put a basement appartment in my house. Brandon was/is awesome. He was professional, answered any questions I had, and was extremely tidy. Even due to some city and permit delays, he was always happy to come and do last minute changes. I highly recommend Brandon for any of your projects!! He is reliable, timely and professional. Highly recommend!! Brandon was prompt, professional and thorough. He fit us into his schedule on super short notice and took the time to explain everything he was doing, as well as the outcome of various scenarios should they arise. Luckily our AC problem was solved very quickly. I will definitely be using him for all of our HVAC needs from now on!

My furnace had stopped working, but luckily my electrician knew Brandon. Pleased to say it was fixed quickly and without breaking the bank. ThanksJust a quick update, Brandon installed a new furnace for me yesterday and I couldn't be happier. Profesional and and very informative. I would recommend him to anyone.

Brandon provided excellent customer service. Our air conditioner went down at my store and he came earlier then his scheduled appointment knowing we needed the air conditioner asap. Brandon called and came in everyday for a week after installing the new air conditioner to make sure everything worked well. I would highly recommend Brandon.
